Worst customer service of my life
Avoid at all costs. They don't answer to phone calls, emails, not even letters. Out of several emails I maybe received a line of reply in average, and for the rest nothing.
My phone was under warranty, but they refused to repair due to a ridiculous excuse. It had an internal electronic part malfunctioning. They found something and they said it it might be proof of a mechanical damage. I found this nonsense, but I had no chance of even communicating with them. They decided, and I had nowhere to go or nothing to say.
They even broke the back glass and didn't replace it, only to look inside! They sent it back to me with the broken glass parts in an envelope.
They wanted to charge me 50+ chf for sending the phone back without repair. After a series of complaints I could get my device back without paying. It took them three weeks and a broken glass.
Again, while the device was under the manufacturer's warranty.
I don't understand how a company can function like this. I sincerely hope they go out of business very soon.
