One of the best tradesmen I`ve dealt with in my 50 years as a homeowner. Called Bryan for a quote and he was here the next day. Went through all aspects of the work required and I knew right away he knew his job. As this was Saturday, got the quote Monday morning and he done the work on the Wednesday. The quality of his work is excellent and his price was very fair. He even provides a link to track his arrival and all contact is through his site. A true professional. He is now my go-to electrician and highly recommended.

Brian attended promptly after I phoned, which was great considering it was the day of the howling gales!
Our fault was repaired with no problems, both he and his partner tidied up after themselves, both pleasant to deal with, and once again will use back2earth as our go to electricians.

When our fuse box blew and we lost power on Hogmanay, called Brian and he came out very quickly and resolved the issue - replacing a RCD and getting us back to having electricity once more. Great job, fair pricing and super helpful. Will def use again.

Responded to my text quickly and was reliable in coming to do the job requested, keeping me informed of the exact time he’d be there. Overall very satisfied with work carried out and service. Fantastic service from start to finish! Initially I was contacted by Charley who booked me in and made it all a smooth operation. I got even text on a day informing me of exact time when my electrician will be arriving. I had a pleasure to meet both Bryan & Conor who were changing my old fuse box. Bryan even helped me to fix my flickering light for free and showed me how my bathroom electric heater works..also he tried to help me to get my heating working! All fixed now thanks to his gas engineer friend. As a new homeowner it is a daunting task to get the right tradesman. I would not hesitate to recommend Back to Earth Electrical, professional, very friendly, polite and fair prices! Definitely would use them again, 5***** star service, big thank you! 😊
