Great price, excellent service and prompt delivery.

I ordered a teardrop banner for my Choir. Quick and efficient customer service, speedy delivery and top quality product!

We needed a banner at short notice but weren’t entirely sure what we wanted. The customer service was excellent—they worked with us through several proofs until we found the perfect design. We paid a little extra for expedited delivery, and it arrived within 2–3 days. We’re very pleased with the overall service. The banner itself was high quality, and we’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Good product just what I expected

I would stay very clear of these guys. Supplying branding materials, more notable for the events sector requires attention to detail, ability to work to details and clear communication. They have none.
I recently submitted artwork for 3 x fabric branded walls and with clear instructions. After a day I chased up if the mock was ready, and this was when I began being sent around. They will answer phone with just a hello, and emails constantly ignoring your request for the mocks but their request to pay. Even though the mock is free. Eventually even with constant back and forth, you'll get told the mock will be ready in 5 minutes, 2 hours later still no mock and when it does get sent it will be wrong because they've only sent one and not the three you requested. VERY POOR BUSINESS, NEEDS WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, DEADLINES AND ARTWORK INSTRUCTIONS.

they have a great range of products to choose from, there team is very helpful and have assisted me with everything I needed when we was making a double sided hanging banger for a client they are very fast when it comes to getting it made and when it arrived everything was spot on no problems at all, solid products, great turn around time and a very helpful and patient team willing to assist you with any issues or queries you might have

Fantastic service (used them twice now) and the product is fantastic, really nice quality at a reasonable price. I bought a promo flag and a pull up banner. Once the artwork was approved they arrived at lightning speed. I can definitely highly recommend.

The product i ordered arrived quickly.
Was brilliantly printed to high standard, fabulous vibrant colours, exactly what I wanted.
It took a few emails back and forth to get the colour correct on the proof, I couldn't ask for better help, immediate responses etcetera.

I ordered a backdrop and, before it was produced, I raised concerns about whether the image resolution would be sufficient. The company acknowledged the issue and said it would look into it, eventually describing the image as “a bit blurry.”

Unfortunately, the backdrop I received was unusable. The image was not just slightly blurry, but completely unrecognisable, with extremely large, visible pixels.

I contacted the company to raise the issue and gave them a couple of weeks to respond with a reasonable solution. The only option offered was to place a new order with a 7% discount. Given that the company had already raised concerns about image quality, I believe they should have advised against proceeding with the original order rather than accepting payment and later offering a small discount to try again.

Overall, I’m very disappointed with both the product quality and the resolution offered, and I wouldn’t recommend this company based on this experience.
