Easy to order, fast shipping and great prices.

I give it three stars because it was a pretty decent value and the merchandise showed up in perfect condition. That said, beware of their protection plan practices. When I purchased my computer from back market, it offered a 24 month protection plan with the ability to pay monthly for around 5.99 or something similar. I couldn’t checkout with affirm with this option as the affirm plan won’t pay for something monthly. I checked the hep article regarding the protection plans, and it clearly states that you had 30 days to add the protection plans to devices purchased. So I went ahead and purchased the computer and planned on adding the protection after the purchase. When I tried to do so, poof, the 24 month plan with a monthly payment option was completely gone and now I was only offered a 13 month plan for an upfront $93. After several go arounds with support; I was informed there was nothing they could do…that the plan offered is the only one available. Even though I showed them the help article, they didn’t see to care. While they did spend time “researching” the issue, at the end of the day it felt like a bait and switch. I most likely will not purchase from them again.

I’m adding to the review as back market reached out to attempt to sort the issue out. It took a couple of days for the agent to have an answer. The issue is still not resolved, however they did offer a credit for the inconvenience. I’ll give them an A+ for effort, but I have no faith in the protection plan or in back market as a company.

This is my 5th purchase from BackMarket and I couldn’t be happier. “Lenny”….the Lenovo laptop is perfect for what I do and when it gets obsoleted in four or five years…it will have served me well.

I love back market. I’ve purchased electronics off of here since 2024. Bought my son’s first iPad and it is still in great condition. The shipping is fast, the products are great, and the prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend!!!

I like there cheap fees for iPhones on Back Market and they delivered on time.

The process was easy and shipping was quick. The phone came very well packaged and protected. The phone is in great condition, so it's like buying a brand new phone for half of the price! I had a great experience and highly recommend people give it a try.

I bought an IPhone 14 Plus in Fair condition. I got the phone, only the edges were scratched really bad but it was covered by a case. The screen was replaced by a non-Apple shop and the battery was on 92% so I got a great deal for a fair condition

My phone stopped working after a few months. When I tried to return it, it seemed like I got a loopy runaround for refund. If I tried to just have the battery changed myself, then my warranty would be cancelled. If I had someone download my data before sending to BackMarket for refund, then my warranty would be cancelled. If I sent it in for investigation w/out doing anything on my end first, they would delete my data. Not a great situation to be in, so my $350 was wasted. Just a total bummer as we preferred the ecological impact of a used phone. So now I have a $350 paperweight.

Price was reasonable, and my laptop works like new! My only issue was the delivery, which was delayed, though this clearly wasn't on the vendor's part.

Each iPhone I have ordered not only met my expectations but exceeded them by a lot. The customer service is excellent. They even tried to help me when the problem was all my fault. You will not go wrong buying from Back Market. I'll buy from the agin if I need an inexpensive phone that looks like new.
