After placing my order, I heard absolutely nothing for weeks. After repeatedly emailing backstreetmerch, all I (finally) got was an automated message claiming my order was from an "outside supplier" and would arrive soon. After MONTHS of waiting, still nothing. I sent an email asking for a refund on the shirt I've assumed is never coming at this point, and have gotten no response. I'm not even sure they have actual people working for this company. They stole my money, and after looking at other reviews it seems this is normal. I can't believe this worthless excuse for a company is still in business.

I ordered from this company in march, after looking at reviews from other people on websites, i noticed that everyone had given it a 1 star rating, but as it was the only website that had my t shirt i decided to chance it and go on ahead. Firstly, what I thought was weird was that they don't require you to create an account like al clothes websites do, but i went on with the order and got a poorly constructed email confirmation saying that if the order wasn't with me within 28 days (28 DAYS FOR A xxx T-SHIRT YOU ''HAVE IN STOCK''???) I would be notified by email which I have not. I have called their office, nobody answers and if you leave a message nobody replies to you. I emailed them, I don't know if it was an automatic response, i think it was and all it said was they 'sometimes' (always)_ have to order from another company, which happens to be in america and it can take a few weeks and that i should expect my top within 1 to 2 weeks, however it seems everyone gets this email, repeatedly. I have not seen one review that rates this website more than a 1 star and that is for a reason, because it's AWFUL and a SCAM.
