The website says 4-6 week wait times. They are definitely not doing that right now, at least not for customs. I ordered a very customized Nova, color, tube added, suction cup, split firmness. I expected longer than the usual wait times due to prior research. However, I sent in a ticket at 8 weeks and one at 10 weeks, finally getting a real and not automated response at the 10 week mark. They said it was made and just in line to be shipped, however it wasn't shipped until after 12 weeks, and took 5 more days to arrive, so in all around 13 weeks of waiting. Be aware of this. I love the result, the product is absolutely gorgeous. I can't yet speak for how it works on the body, as I gave birth a week before it arrived, but I can assume it will be more than efficient in what it's made to achieve based upon the feel of it. Product is exactly what was expected qualify wise. I just think they should be completely honest about how long their customs are taking to deliver as of now.
I may also point out that they sent me an extra bottle of their lube absoltely free, didn't say why but I'd assume from the wait time, as well as a company sticker. Very nice touch.

There’s a lot of complaints about wait time on custom orders so this naturally made me skeptical of BD but I took a chance and placed an order and followed it up by placing a second order the next month. Both those orders have been received by me since placing the orders. One order took about 3 weeks and the other took 8 weeks as it had multiple items to be custom made. I am so overly satisfied with the quality of product that I received and my wife thoroughly enjoyed them herself that I had to place a 3rd order. My recommendation for people who are considering placing a first order with Bad Dragon is A) be extremely patient. Don’t be like these other people who gave up and demanded their money back. The wait will be worth it. Or B) watch the clearance section. They offer toys that are pre made and ship within a couple of days. Don’t avoid Bad Dragon because of reviews that claim they take to long to get ur items to you. The product is top of the line and the wait times, with a little patients, aren’t that bad when you know you are getting a unique, quality product!

Quality products let down by poor management!

Why add more variations in colour and customisation if you can't keep up with current demand?! That, without doubt, shows poor business acumen!

I ordered several toys in their standard colour and they still couldn't meet their turnaround times! The business has clearly grown beyond it's current production capacity yet they still bring out more models and a ridiculous number of variations in customisable options; it's not surprising why they take so long! Either grow your facilities or reduce the number of options to a more sensible and manageable number.

I would also add a flag to all orders warning of the turnaround time for orders. I was unaware of the lengthy wait I had in store until I read the FAQ after waiting for my order and was disappointed with what I read; even more so with the actual time it took my order to arrive!

Those guys can make the goods, but the demand is super high. If you want to try (or if you are impatient), don’t order something custom right of the bat, you’ll be angry, unsatisfied by the wait and finally be here writing a extra harsh review before even having the product in hand.

I now have 3 toys in my collection, all marvellous!
But I never received my first order after 2 and a half month (custom made), I know it will be great so I can wait now.

All the toys I have are clearance toys and they where shipped the same/next day arrived in 3-4 days, I live in a small mining town up north in Canada so if you live close to a metropolis you good for extra fast shipping.

There is some good, some bad and now, what would I do if I was the boss over there...

I would input a system that queue all custom orders, so you can know approximately when your order is being made. Why? People who spend 100$-300$ on articles should know how long could they wait,
I would change the approx. time for order to be completed, so from 4-5 weeks to 6-8 weeks. Why? Because we wait that long, if it’s faster, well excellent, but don’t expect us to stay silent and calm after 8 weeks without news.

Got toy from clearance within 3 days with fastest ship method. The very custom one in 3 and a half month. The wait time is bad but you get something great and the customisation sizeing colorsation of ther product are insane. The size tool they have is 1:1 to real one I got.

Bad dragon is a really good company if you want a change in your average toys. BUT, if you plan to got one custom the month you paid for it..... it's not the right choice for you.
If you're patient enough tough, it will be totally worth it.
To give you an idea, my medium size, soft, with suction cup nox, took about 2 months and a good half to be delivered to my house (granted, I don't live in America but the delivery took about 5 days).
So again a really good and high quality choice, but need to be planned if you want one custom for a certain part of the year.

Let me point out this was my first time purchasing a sex toy.

I bought a Mary toy, lube, and fluids to keep it clean. I waited for almost 3 months just for it to arrive. The order was placed on the 13th of May. And today is when it had just arrived. And I have to say, for the time they took just to make it, the quality came out REALLY GOOD. And they gave me a free sticker which is pretty cute lol.

So summary. If you want high quality toys, Bad Dragon is definitely your go to. Even though it takes a long time for them to make (especially during certain holidays from what I've heard). You'll get your moneys worth if you have the patience.

The designs are awesome, and nobody else makes anything like it.

It did take a while to get my order, but Still within the estimated delivery time.

Customer support was excellent, someone named kitty answered any questions I had and was very helpful. 👍

You get what you pay for, and that means quality from everything bad dragon makes.

When it comes to bad dragon, they have excellent, beautiful products and their shipping is amazing when it comes to pre-made toys. I was told about them in early may and then decided to order on may 20th. Nothing super complicated, just a medium/medium Nova in signature color with a suction cup. I was super excited about it and as the weeks went by, I got more and more upset. Finally I contacted them to cancel and they said they were working on nova now! That was two weeks ago and I still have yet to receive any more information about it. While nova was going to be my first, and last custom, I do own 3 other toys that are amazing and I got one on clearance for nearly half the price a custom would be! I have a small/medium nova on the way and will be cancelling my custom order much to my dismay. I give 5 stars due to the quality of the products, the fast shipping on pre mades and fast responses on cancellations. They could still use work in communication though and I would still recommend bad dragon, but only their pre mades/lube/cleaner.

I ordered my toy May 31st, about 7 week’s ago. According to their website, they ship out order 4-5 weeks. I have not received my order yet, and when I emailed them about any updates (which took about 4 days for them to answer), they said that my toy was STILL waiting it’s turn to be made. I can’t believe it’s taking this long to ship one medium size toy. Probably the first and last time I’m buying from Bad Dragon. So, here I am making a review for a product that I still haven’t received any word about. Wish me luck.

The toy did have a slight internal coloration issue but I was compensated. 💯

They did have some issues on shipping. After the toy was green-lighted so the order sat in the wear house a couple of days. But they were responsive enough and and got it shipped out to me next day air. 🔥

Got the toy everything looks great feels great and the lube is crazy wicked 💦it lived up to my expectations as a product. 🍻

I kept getting shorted from them when purchasing lube. usually ordered 4-9 packs at a time. i would receive 31 bottles, 33 bottles, 29 bottles. error always in their favor. emailed them and told them they should take a look in their operations. someone cannot count or is stealing from them. i got suspended from purchasing their products. suspended for pointing out obvious problem? that is some kind of gratitude! love the product if you can get it and get what you pay for!

I love these toys and they’re obviously going through a rough patch. Best thing they could do is update their turn around time to be honest, which is that the wait is currently around 12 weeks or more. If you purchase from them, keep that in mind.

Same poor customer service as others. Ordered a toy in mid may, and no updates so I sent in a ticket last week which they haven't responded to, so I sent another one today. They need to be more transparent about the wait times. Will not purchase from them again. Poor customer service costs them money, but yet it's so easy to provide.

Terrible customer service, I have been waiting for about 5 months now, trying to contact them and they do not even return my emails! And first they email saying they can't send it the way I custom ordered it, which is bs, why have that as a option then?! Definitely the last time ordering from them. They need to get it together

"4-5 week wait time on custom orders" but you will wait at least 10-12 weeks and hear nothing from them.

Ask them "Why has it been 10 weeks and I've heard nothing from you?" They will respond "It takes 4-5 weeks so be patient."

EVENTUALLY you will get a good product. Know what you're getting into before you spend your $300.

Ordered a toy over 3 months ago; never received it. I sent ticket after ticket and each time I got the same copy and paste response. It still wasn't made last week so I asked for my order to be cancelled. I'll never purchase from BD again.

Who needs to go through degenerates and lefties when you can just use sex toys

Placed my order on April 7th 2019 for a toy and a lube pack.
It's still in the making.
Being a regular BD buyer, I understand the waiting times, but something must have happened in the past, because this wait time is frustrating.
At least they are answering to my support tickets on the same day I placed them.
This is NOT the BD I knew before.

Placed a custom order on March 10 of this year, two toys. Understood the 4 to 5 week turn around time, so I was expecting the wait. After 9 weeks and 0 communication from BD I sent in a ticket.
1 week later I get a generic response that build times are 4 to 5 weeks(clearly my email was not looked over correctly, being it was well past 5 weeks). No other update, no sorry we are running behind. Just a generic email that helped me in NO way. So being somewhat patient, even though over 300 dollars was spent I waited a little longer. Finally at week 12 I sent in a ticket to cancel my order. I will say they processed the refund within 2 days so that was nice.
I would recommend just buying from the clearance because they ship next day. BD needs to update the time frame from custom toys to a more realistic 8 to 12 weeks, but alas they will not. I am sure they are worried people will not buy custom if they see the realistic build time, but that one problem is the majority of the bad reviews. Customer service is non existent, they will not update you, or do anything to make you feel like they care. Will never order custom again. Worst experience from a company ever.
