Ordered a chiller jacket which came in two days, unfortunately there was a an issue with the zipper, I called the day it was received day and a replacement was dispatched same day, before I sent the old one back, the new one arrived 48hrs later. Badger have the BEST customer service ever (special shout out to Leticia who went above and beyond!) My parcel got delayed at Australia Post and Leticia was onto it! She called the despatch company, my local post offices and kept me up to date each day until I had the parcel in my hands. She even organised freebie products for me due to the hassle. Honestly, I've never had a company call me to ensure I received the products, let alone be so lovely and onto it and keep me up to date with phone calls. The face masks are such good quality as is the amazing work beanie. You guys rock and I'll definitely be buying from you again!

Really happy with the softshell jacket and freeza pants ordered. They feel plush and great quality and provide great warmth. Fast turn around and responses, great supplier!

Excellent Service. My freezer jacket is perfect and keeps me nice and warm. The beanie also works well. The freezer boots are well designed and easy to put on/take off and a necessary part of my PPE.
