This is an excellent company with beautiful shopping trolleys and bags . I was over the moon when I received my Rolser shopping trolley today , so pretty with purple pansies and bright for the Summer. Very fast delivery . The company were very helpful when the original one I ordered was out of stock and couldn’t be replaced, I chose the Taku purple and was delivered in 24 hours. I absolutely love it. Highly recommend Bagcraft will certainly buy again.

Ordered a handbag which took ages to come. I was asked if I wanted to cancel or wait, and while waiting I received regular updates from Gary, until it arrived.
Later I needed a similar bag repaired, which was done promptly and expertly, at minimal cost.

About a week ago, I decided to get more modern suitcases at the last minute as I was flying out the next day. I am so glad that I went to bagcraft. I was met by the manager who took time to explain the merits of various types of suitcases. I ended up buying 2 top quality hard shell Samsonite suitcases. I am glad I did as they are worth every penny. I am currently halfway through my holiday which is a carribean cruise. I'm very proud of my suitcases. Thank you very much Mark for the recommendations.

Bagcraft staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The shop is very well laid out and it was easy to look at and select the exact luggage we needed. It's refreshing that there is still a shp that genuinely values their customers.

Some great informed advice is offered, looked at 3 possible options, and bought an American Tourist case, very pleased with it (and the price).
