This place used to be good but no longer. As a long term customer and someone who visited their stores at least once a week I will not be wasting my money here.

They do not know what fresh food is. My last couple of visits I've been given rotten food (grey and mushy avocado) and when I return it they look at me confused as to what the issue is.

Note to the staff and cust service: Avocado goes brown when it is oxidized, when it goes grey and mushy it is NOT "over ripe" it is rotten and shouldn't be passed off as food

I have taken photos of the visits I've had like this and I'm now considering reporting this place to health and safety

I really enjoyed my visit to Bagels & Beans. The sausage rolls were absolutely delicious, perfectly warm, flavorful, and just the right balance between crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can really taste the quality.

The atmosphere is another big plus. There’s a calm, relaxed vibe that makes it a great place to sit down and unwind, whether you're meeting someone or just taking a moment for yourself. The layout is thoughtfully designed, with cozy seating and a welcoming feel that makes you want to stay longer.

Easy to order, the bagels are great!

I love their bagels and the varietyof them, they have something from everyone. Staff was very friendly and their coffees are amazing as well. Make sure you can handle your caffeine because I had a large cappuccino and I almost couldn't finish it 😅

This is an absolutely wonderful cafe and restaurant. My friend and I visited the Bagels & Beans in Utrecht, and they were friendly, organised, and extremely efficient even in the midst of a very busy weekend lunch period. The food and drinks are excellent, and the menu is vegan-friendly. I wish we had Bagels & Beans in my city in Germany!
