Terrible customer service ordered a day maker light wasn’t told it would need extra wiring harnass or chrome retaining headlight ring when part was ordered I was told it would work just had to install when I contacted them it took almost a week for them to get back to ended up contacting them on messenger then they told me oh ye it needs additional wiring harnass and if I wasn’t happy I could send it back at my expense . Very shady business poor customer service ill never buy from them again

Order a Headlight on 5/6 and its now 5/31 and im still waiting. Had I googled Bagger Bags BEFORE I ordered and saw the huge amount of complaints, I would have went elsewhere.

Good Experience
Good company all around. Ordered a set of 4.5" bags for my 14 Street Glide. Took about 3 weeks to get in but once it did I was impressed with the quality for the price I got it for. Everything hit and lined up, just needed to do some body work. Just finished the kit, attached some pics in the bottom to show the work. Already recommend my buddies to them and they hooked them up as well
