Good customer service

Good customer service. I made a mistake with my order , they came back and collected and sent me the correct ones when I re ordered. Delivery was quick too.

IT ,Worlds lightest cabin bag

Ordering was easy , delivery was good with updates to change date if needed , bags were excellent value and quality , so much so I’ve ordered 2 more .

Having looked several timesa at …

Having looked several times at suitcases in their local store where we live we couldn't decide on what was available. We decided to look on their website and narrowed our choice to three cases. We made our decision where we found a great offer in buy one get one free with free postage. Prefect.
Our order was confirmed instantly with the postage details to follow. Within two days we informed the cases had been picked up by their courier which we could track. Should take between 2 to 5 days. We were informed delivery would be the next day by DPD. That morning we received a message from DPD with a slot time. We had the option to delay the delivery time or date. We sent a message to leave our delivery in a safe place in case we were out. Also we were sent a picture of the delivery driver. This is an excellent idea. The cases were boxed, the driver was surprised how light the cases were. The cases are really nice. A great purchase and service. Excellent purchase. Recommend.

Not sure I would have paid the ticket …

Not sure I would have paid the ticket price that was in the purses when they arrived but I am very happy with them. The colours just about matched on their web site, shipping was very quick but you have to pay. I would certainly buy again from Bags etc.
