I purchased two handbags, they arrived in separate shipments, the last took 22 days but that it's not even the problem. One was supposed to be white instead is ecru and they say that is white. Are they colorblind? Both are very bad quality and the second is even worse. They always answered to only parts of my emails and I was so unhappy with their service. I don't know how can other people be happy with their purchases. I am a careful spender and I don't spend hundreds of dollars in a handbag just to make it clear that I was not expecting a brand name handbag. Plus I should pay for return shipping! I might never see my money back. The worst purchase of my life! They will end up at the Goodwill.
