This company is a terrible

This company is a terrible. They do not return e-mails. I received my order late. Then the sizing was completely off. Same size for two different bathing suits and an opposite piece of each set did not fit. I began the return, as they stated it you must do it within 14 days. I did it the same day I received the two bathing suits. They confirmed my "return" and charged another $14 for the exchange. Then they said the return needed to be authorized and that I would hear back within 5-7 business days. I was never contacted, and I followed up with them 5 times over a period of 6 weeks. Nothing... I ended up having to dispute with my credit card company. Very upsetting because I love the bathing suits and was very excited about them...

I ordered (3) items, one of which was not delivered in parcel... I ordered the missing piece again & it was never delivered! The purchase was for Order #BH43383: "Tulum Triangle Top (XXL) in Creme Brulee" originally, & I wanted to match this w/available bottoms. Please send me my selection ASAP. {Your suits are beautiful!}

No refund issued and no response to my emails!

I ordered a bikini set. They sold out of the bottom but still sent me the too. Top doesn't fit so.i started a return. Tracked my package thank God and it shows it was received on July 9th. Here we are July 24th. No refund. No response to nervous emails. This company is a joke. Never ever again! OF I'm not refunded I will be reporting to the BBB!! Don't waste your time with this company!!

There’s more reliable places than bahini

I placed an order for 2 bikini sets on june 28 for $180 usd including an “onward” insurance I did not ordered. Today is July 8th and I still have not received 1 email with the confirmation of the delivery. I sent and email asking about my order and I haven’t heard any word from them. This is unacceptable!

No help whatsoever, do NOT order

I have submitted several customer service emails asking for assistance on a return. Given their short returns period you would think they would be quick to respond to emails. I have not heard anything after a week of reaching out. The chat on the website doesnt work. The swimsuit did NOT fit, does not fit true to size. And the return window has passed without customer service returning a single email.

Pleasantly Surprised

I was nervous placing a $400 order with Bahimi considering all of the bad reviews BUT MY ORDER CAME TODAY AND I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE SWIMSUITS!!! They are gorgeous in person, super flattering, and I won’t be returning anything. I will add that I am flat chested (A cups are too big for me, I only wear bralettes lol) and was concerned because the models on their site are quite busty…so I was prepared to return at least half of my order. However the cups fit just right and straps are adjustable so it made what little chest I have look fantastic.

Shipping was fast and no hassle, order was correct, well packed, etc, no complaints. I didn’t have to contact customer service/return anything so I can’t attest to that.

If I have anything negative to say it’s that the quality of the material isn’t great (I was debating giving 4 stars because it does feel cheap and flimsy/delicate) BUT as long as you’re not planning on surfing, snorkeling, or doing anything super athletic in the suit everything should be fine. For my purposes, it’s perfect. I was looking for fashionable, elegant swimwear to lay around and take cute pictures.

I totally recommend this brand if you’re looking for beautiful and unique swimwear!! I’m in love and I just placed another order. I really don’t think they deserve the horrible reviews they have on this site, it’s possible that they’ve messed up in the past but I had a great experience.

I read several bad reviews but I wanted…

I read several bad reviews but I wanted to order a bikini from this company so I reached out to ask if they have insurance. I said “ Hello! I really want to order a specific swimsuit from y’all but I have read a lot of reviews saying that their swimsuit broke. Do you guys offer insurance incase this happens to me? I really want the swimsuit so I want to believe that it won’t break” and sent the swimsuit I was interested in. All they said back was “💗🔥”

Disappointed

I really love the design of my bikini set. The shipping time was completly fine.
However, I was disappointed by the "shipping box", it was just a plastic bag.. In addition, the jewelry is quite cheap, because when a received the set, the jewelry was broken (I never wore the bikini). Luckily I find a way to repaired it !

But for the price of the bikini set, it should not happen...

Ordered on the 24/05/22 still not…

Ordered on the 24/05/22 still not received my bikinis after spending over £250 i have just received an email from the Royal mail to say there are vat and customs charges of £95 if i would now like to go and finally collect my parcel from the sorting office.

emailed bahimi twice now and no response

think its lucky i paid on my credit card tbh because ill be telling sorting office to send it back and calling my cc company to get mu money back what a scam!!!

TERRIBLE customer service

TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered a bunch of bikini items from their site. Then, a week later, got a text from customer service that they actually don’t have the size of bottoms that I ordered. They offered a refund but that was it. They have the size in other colors but since those items were more expensive, they would not honor price or exchange. They wouldn’t even give a discount. This company is a joke. Their inventory and website are not updated properly and the customer pays the price. Bahimi doesn’t take accountability for THEIR mistakes. They have BAD business practices and TERRIBLE customer service. They don’t take care of their customers at all - just worried about their bottom line and don’t care if they lose customers. I definitely won’t be back.

I taken a look at your order and can see that you were refunded for the item that was out of stock.
Unfortunately we cannot replace it with an item that has greater value than what you have spent originally hence why a refund was made.

Basically paid $30+ to try on a bathing…

Basically paid $30+ to try on a bathing suit and send it back. Between the shipping to my place and they don’t provide a label. I tried to match the sizing on the chart as best as I could and it was still too small.

Wasted £220 as won’t return any sale items

Gorgeous bikinis but after I ordered £220 worth of different items and sizes to try and home I’m gutted to find out that they won’t refund any of them as they were in the sale! 😱 so now I’m stuck with a load of items that didn’t fit me 😢 and £220 down!!
Before I knew this, I arranged a return online it let me submit it and I paid for tracked postage to return them and it was rejected. Upon contacting them I find out that they won’t accept it due to it being sale items. I don’t think they even opened the parcel. Gutted! What a waste of money 😢

I bought 45 pairs of bikini, that happy I was when I first bought bikini from here, the best bikinis ever also customer service is amazing I emailed them and they responded back to me in 2 days. Worth it.

Cute bikinis but AWFUL service

Cute bikinis and fast shipping but the worst customer service I’ve had with a company ever. The suits are good quality and cute but the customer service almost makes it not worth it. Considering I’ve dropped money on 6 sets of suits all my emails have been ignored. First instance was the discount code on their front page wasn’t working. I emailed with no response so I sent them an Instagram message which their only response was the “code expired”. Ok but when the code wasn’t expired it still wasn’t working. Second time was I bought a hot pink suit. When I received it it had a weird purple stain on several areas. I get if you can’t return things but I still should have received a stained item. Emailed about that and just never received a response. If you like getting ignored than sure but otherwise skip this company.

Useless customer service team

I ordered a few bikinis, but one I decided to return due to being exact same colour as another one I bought - although the colour name is different. I contacted the company prior to processing my refund as my card is closed. The customer service team take over 2 weeks to respond and they simply do not care. With over 5 emails back and forth, they still fail to assist or try help me with my refund / come up with another solution.
They just kept giving me the same response, only the original card we can refund it to you. But if it’s closed - surely there is a way we can work out the refund or give me an alternative solution. After months of back and forth, they just decided not to reply or assist me. Very frustrating and poor customer service. Not worth spending your money here as you also have to pay for your own shipping for returns. Such a flaw in the company moral!

Terrible customer service

To echo what others have said.. the customer service from This company is non existent.
They are so slow to reply to emails, and when they finally reply with a generic response that’s it- case closed!
I purchased a bikini and it broke after 2 wears. They said I can’t get a refund or replacement as it’s over 3 months since my order. Not according to the sale of goods act- this is false information and by law they are liable to correct the issue.
Trying to get a response regarding this however is a different story.
DO NOT BUY THESE SHODDY QUALITY GOODS
