I can highly recommend Bailey Gas & Heating for response to my heating and boiler dilemma. Jason and his colleague attended my property, was knowledgeable, understanding and clearly competent. He diagnosed the problem and gave me options to consider, but was clear about the risk of the status quo. He was reassuring about how much care would be taken and I had every faith in him and he did not disappoint.

Th8s company is run by Chris Bailey...they service private and housing association tenants the later they think they can treat lije 2nd class citizens..
They cane out ti my property x14 in 2022.

Absolutely useless ever since Bailey s been in my property they have sabotaged my hot water n heating system...they are useless lol..
They only git heating side iof contract I tajw it they can't do plumbing loool they can't do heating either

Bin without hot water and heating since 1st Dec

..I explained ny frustrations

Jason recently repaired a serious water leak in my flat - came at short notice and worked hard to put it right - which he did.

He is thorough, skilful, courteous and friendly.

He also regularly services my Worcester Bosch water heater.

He is always in demand, which sometimes makes it difficult for him to commit to a definite time of arrival but he's worth waiting for!

Worst experience we have ever had with a trades person.Got a second opinion our boiler problem was much worse it wasn't just a "broken" tap at all !!! And got verbally abused when his work was challenged... disappointing and unprofessional

Jason recently repaired our boiler and a radiator that had not been working. He was very thorough and did a fantastic job; clean and tidy; friendly, reliable and overall an excellent service.
