It is a real pleasure to shop at Bailey’s. The staff are always super friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable. They have a vast array of F&B and other upmarket brands and will also mix Dulux for you. One of the few DIY type places I actually enjoy visiting.

For a high priced paint shop with supposed expertise in all aspects of decorating their customer service is mediocre at best and some of the staff’s knowledge poor. They were like this even when a family business in Stroud for many years.
