I placed an order for a small cap size and that is not what I received. It has drawstrings but because I have a small head I had to cut away so much of the hair along the hairline I feel like I paid too much for what I received. I am very disappointed with Ashley the customer service representative.

They don’t like to honor their return policy and asked me to lie about the cost of the wig to post office & customs the wig was $118 they told me to declare $10 WHICH COST $33 to return I had to get my payment source involved which was PayPal and they act like they didn’t want to help initially took over a month after all the return evidence and emails and screenshots I had and PayPal paid me with their protection policy

I have ordered from this company before and they always contact you in order to help you make a decision. They offer discounts and the shipping is fast. I recommend giving them a try if you haven’t already and the hair will be to your liking. I will most definitely order from this company again.

This company is a joke I paid 169.00 for a wig that looks nothing like the images that was shown on the Baisi web site, the texture is thick, poor quality looks like a wig for an old lady. The lace and draw string quality is trash, I didn't even take the unit out of the hair net in which it was shipped. I want to return the the unit the same day I received it, I contacted the Baisi company for instructions for returning the unit for a full refund, all I keep getting is the run around, they ignore emails and will not allow you to return the unit and receive a refund after the Baisi site clearly says 30 day guarantee, I had to result in hiring an attorney to represent me in this matter. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I purchased a wig on 9/26/25 did not realize it was coming from China. When I ordered the wig, I requested a small. After waiting for weeks, I received a large. I contacted the company immediately, sent pictures of me in the huge wig and requested the return address. I returned the wig at a cost of $32 via USPS on 11/4/25 the company received the wig on 11/17/25 and it is now 12/11/25 and I have not received my refund. Had I known that the wig was coming from China I would not have purchased it due to the expense of having to return it. I caution women to be aware that returning wigs to China and this company in particular is an expensive process and so far, has me losing $201. Luckily, I purchased through PayPal and am disputing this purchase.

I purchased several wigs from BAISI and was initially pleased with how they looked; however, the quality has not met my expectations. All of the wigs shed excessively, even with light handling. I’ve tried washing and conditioning them as recommended, but the shedding continues and makes the wigs difficult to wear.
Because I invested in multiple units, I’m very disappointed with the performance and durability. I am requesting assistance with a refund or replacement, as the products do not match the quality advertised. I truly hope BAISI can help resolve this issue, as I wanted to be a satisfied, long-term customer.
UPDATE AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE:
The company’s reply does not accurately reflect the timeline of events. The processes referenced were not completed prior to my complaint. If they had been, this issue would not have escalated.
The wigs were handled, washed, and installed according to standard professional practices. The excessive shedding occurred immediately and was not the result of improper washing or handling. No quality control or inspection documentation was provided prior to shipment to support the explanation given.
Additionally, my financial documentation and supporting evidence were submitted and were not addressed. Offering a future discount does not resolve the defect or the financial loss associated with this purchase.
Acknowledging the timeline and addressing the financial documentation submitted would be a necessary first step toward accountability.
