Don’t rely on stated delivery time
I ordered a Valentines craft for my daughter’s class party. I placed the order on Feb 3. The shipping stated 4-7 business days. The package arrived Wednesday, Feb 19 - well after I needed it. I had to scramble and find a replacement craft for 23 kids via Amazon that would arrive on time. I was not aware this was shipping from the UK or I likely would not have taken the risk of ordering from them. Needless to say, a very disappointing experience.

We ordered 360 pieces of a flag magnet…
We ordered 360 pieces of a flag magnet activity for an important school event that will be attended by 100s of kids and their family and the order was placed well in advance. Still the package did not arrive as promised in the order confirmation within 7 business days and we now are not going to have the items for the event. They should have done something to send an expedited shipping as soon as I raised the issue.

Missing pieces and inconsistent quality…
Missing pieces and inconsistent quality - I bought multiple pieces of two different crafts for a school project. There weee missing pieces from both crafts & in the case of the wood pieces, one of the sets had wood marked with burns. Glad I bought a bunch of extras

Extremely delayed and came way late
Extremely delayed and came way late. Told me it would be here in time for Valentines Day and it was not. Their only solution was “tell the carrier you don’t want it” when it’s delivered.
