Over all there good projects
I ordered twice from Barker Ross. The animal potted plant things where hard to assemble, the rainbow beads thing the strings kept on splitting and the kids had a hard time stringing the beads , there good projects but could be better. I am going to order again but make sure you have at 3 weeks before you plan the projects you order. We still have 3 more projects to do so I can’t talk about them.

Late arrival
Your website said my items would arrive between July 8 & 12. It is July 15 and I have an event that I wanted them for and they are not even to the post office yet, much less out for delivery. When I realized they weren't going to be here on time, I had to scramble to come up with something else. If they do not come at all, this rating will get worse. If they miss my event totally (which is likely at this point), the rating gets worse. Don't promise time frames, if you can't deliver on time. Better to be a lot more vague about arrival times overseas.

This shipment of small wooden letters was taking longer than I thought it went to be delivered. I emailed the company, who informed me that the letters were coming from the UK. That it would take longer as it had to go through customs once I got here to America. Unsolicited, I received an update email letting me know that my delivery was taking a little longer than expected and got an updated tracking number.
