This is a scam company, I've waited 3 months for an automatic air freshener, contacted them on numerous occasions only to be told if I want them to resend it I have to pay compensation for missing item and pay postage again. Do not buy from them.
What a fraud company
False advertising, non delivery of items and you can’t even get your money back.
Very bad customer service
Don’t buy from this website. I purchase 3 spinning tops advertised as suitable for all ages. When they arrived one was broken and the product was clearly unsuitable for children - dangerous in fact. It actually says on the box over 14 years on one side and has a child pictured on the other! When I tried to return the items basically it turns out you can’t. They are not based in Manchester as suggested on Facebook they are in China. I was told that I could not have the return address as “it would be took expensive for me” to post them to China even though clearly they should have covered postage. They offered a patronising £2 and said I could keep the items instead. It is therefore literally impossible to return items even if broken or mid-advertised.
