I’ve so far had this bike a couple of weeks and ridden 200 miles on it. This bike feels very fast and light on the road, and is also a comfortable ride with the frame soaking up impact from bumps in the road. The 105 Di2 shifts flawlessly, with synchro-shift making things very easy. There is is extra top button on the hoods with the 105 version of the shifters- but you can program the left shift buttons to do things like scroll Garmin screens if you are using the right shifter buttons for synchro shift. The tubeless tyres and wheels seem good so far. Grippy on the road, good on gravelly paths too and are holding air well. The only negative point about this bike was that the bottle cage bolts that had been fitted in the factory were fused to the frame and couldn’t be undone- bike had to go back to workshop to have this rectified. Thanks to Balfes bikes for sorting this out and quickly getting the bike back to me. The replacement bolts are now perfect. A shame that Trek didn’t spot this issue in their quality control. Other than this issue which is now rectified, the frame is well finished, very shiny, and looks good.
