For the money, the Trek Rail+8 Gen 5 is a bargain. The bike comes with the latest Bosch CX motor which provides up to 100Nm of support. The bike also has a large 800Wh battery, which can easily be removed and a separate extender battery (250Wh) can be purchased that sits on the water bottle cage for even longer rides. The bike has a solid spec with an XT / SLX drivetrain, 4 pot brakes, Rockshox Zeb 38mm forks and Rockshox shock. The bike also comes with the Kiox 400c integrated head unit which has lots of ride information in a large clear display that also includes a charging port that you can use to top up your phone battery. All in all a great bike for the money.
