Don’t buy from them!!! Ordered a prom dress for my daughter, paid express shipping. It took forever to arrive, had to buy a different dress. They are refusing to take it back now. Scammers! Stay away at all costs! B

I ordered my dress a month ago. It's not custom made just the standard dress. I have been trying to contact them for weeks and can't get anyone on the phone. Whenever I ask when the dress will ship they keep telling me different times or they'll say the workers aren't finished.. i even paid for express shipping.. I have less than 2 weeks before my wedding with no dress insight. I feel like i was scammed.

I want to say I was a little skeptical at first but when I tell you ballbella delivered I mean that they did the damn thing I am one satisfied customer and would definitely refer them to others. They responded to every worrisome email I sent and the communication was on point so was the customer service it was off the chang👌. My wedding dress was made custom to fit my shape and I felt beautiful ,sexy, comfortable, and just like a beautiful bride to be. It came fast and was delivered on time. I want to say again thank you all ballbella.

I order a gold dress for my daughters prom. There wasn't anything gold about this dress it was yellow.The studs they put on has fallen off. So no senior prom for my daughter. This is her last year of high school and this ruined everything for her

This company is awful! I paid for a custom made dress and it was delivered looking nothing like the photo and way too big for me. I asked several times for a refund, but they kept insisting I send my measurements again with pictures of me wearing the dress and refused to provide me with return/refund instructions. Extremely unprofessional and insanely cheap. Never buy from these scammers.

The customer service got back to me in under 24 hours every time I contacted them. The dress came out beautifully. I couldn’t ask for a better dress!

I ordered this dress for a masquerade ball and it was a hit! The fit of the dress was very flattering. The fabric was stretchy and did not feel too tight despite the tight appearence. The only reason I am giving this a 4 out of 5 is due to the dress riding up throughout the night causing the sequins to rub against the underside of my arms. Other than that this dress is recommended and I'll be getting further use out of it.

My daughter ordered it before prom and it arrived early! The fit was perfectly sized and comfortable! Customer service even reached out to me to make sure it would arrive prior to the date. Thank you, we would definitely recommend and purchase from them again!!

I bought this dress for my daughter to wear to prom and it fit perfect. It looked a bit suspect when it arrived and when it was on a hanger, but when she put it on, she looked like a million bucks.

BUYER BEWARE! This company is NOT based in England as their website claims—they are actually in Hong Kong. I ordered a dress, and what I received was a cheap, inaccurate replica of the dress shown online.

* The dress arrived with pen marks, missing beads, and holes where embellishments should be.
* The design was completely different—the train didn’t fit properly, the beading was in the wrong place, and they even added mesh that wasn’t in the original design.
* The train was poorly attached with a visible string, making it impossible to wear as intended.
* They were not upfront about the fact that they are recreating dresses from scratch rather than selling the one shown in the photos.

I wasted three weeks waiting for a dress I now can’t wear, and they refuse to take accountability. If you’re considering buying from them, DON’T—you’ll likely end up with a poorly made knockoff and a frustrating fight for a refund. Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere!

Amazing dress! Bought it for a wedding. It exceeded my expectations. Thick material, faint glitter look, figure hugging, and extremely classy!

Ordered a dress for my son's upcoming wedding. The dress from their site is beautiful, however the dress I received is not the same dress!! Beware of this company, they are false advertising dresses and then they refuse to refund you!

Beautiful. Im 132 pounds 5’4”. Ordered large. It fits a little bit tight my waste is 33” and this is 32”.
Hips perfect. And also a little bit longer than expected.

This dress was the dress I’ve always dreamed of, and at such a fantastic price! The quality was fantastic, and the dress was super soft and comfortable. This dress was better than a lot of 1k+ dresses I’ve tried on in the past. The mesh is really good quality and blends in so well with your skin (I am really pale so I was worried it would be really thick and noticeable and it wasn’t). It was a PERFECT fit, didn’t have to get any alterations done. If you are a bigger chested lady, I’d recommend getting nipple covers or booby tape, I didn’t end up needing it but it was close. If you’re looking for an ethereal hippie goddess vibe dress, this is the one. So grateful that I found this dress, especially so last minute for my little forest elopement. You won’t regret buying this dress!

I was ishy on the wedding dress. There seemed to be mixed reviews on it. I was on a budget for my wedding dress, I took a chance. As I was waiting for it to get here, I was regretting my decision. However when it arrived and I tried it on, I was not disappointed. The only thing about this dress is that some of the beads fell off. The dress has a lot of lace, which I like. However, the zipper gets stuck on the lace. The zipper also feels kind of flimsy, so be very gentle getting it unstuck. I ordered an extra large. I ordered a bigger size, so I could get it tailored to my exact size.

It is the worse website to order from you see something and they send something else totally different

This dress fit perfectly, me being 190-200lbs and 5’6, I got a 16 and with the corset back it was perfect. It was definitely long enough, it actually dragged. I added a belt to add a little more sparkle too. The material was not itchy, and the lace details were stunning. I got so many compliments and no one could believe I paid under $200 for this dress. If you’re looking for a quality wedding dress, this is definitely the one!!
