Unfortunately this place is a scam. I ordered a dress, it looks absolutely nothing like the picture… Then they try to make excuses on why they can’t follow their own return policy and you get stuck with the dress and no refund. Don’t waste your time.

Delivery took a little longer than I expected, but I placed the order just in time for the rush and customs policy changes.The dress arrived intact and looks beautiful.

Really beautiful dress, exactly what I expected!I got it for a destination wedding and received tons of compliments.I wish I had brought taller heels—it was a bit long on me, but that’s on me! 😄

Color was a little deeper than I expected, but still really pretty! I was hoping for a slightly brighter tone.That being said, the dress itself fit well and looked high quality.

The dress itself is decent and fits okay.I think I just picked a style that doesn’t really flatter my body shape.It’s not a design issue, just personal taste. Probably won’t wear this one much but would still try another style from the store.

The dress is beautiful, but the fit was slightly off for me.The fabric and design are lovely, though, and with a few small adjustments,it looked great. Definitely a good option for special occasions!I decided to choose the custom size recommended by their customer service next time~

A complete nightmare do not order from this site. It is a complete scam. They mimic dresses and try to re-create them not giving you the quality the detail. Nothing all dresses for my wedding including my wedding dress came out terrible I’m petrified. It is cheap quality material is not the same colors do not match and again the detail is Everything and they lack the skill to make dresses save yourself do not order from this site

The red sequined dress I bought from Ballbellas was an absolute showstopper.It sparkled beautifully under the lights and fit like a glove.I was initially nervous about ordering a custom dress online, but their team made the process seamless.They even followed up after delivery to make sure everything was perfect. Truly a five-star experience!

Terrible place for dresses. Dress came definitely looking like it's TEMU dress.. which I should have just gotten it there. Dress looked Nothing like what it was posted online. They took pictures from other websites and tried to recreate it. They even stole the name from another reputable website ballbella.com

Don't even think about trying to return the dress. They make it IMPOSSIBLE for you to return the dress.

Horrible, shady company! Buyer beware, beware! Keep in mind there is ballbella.com and ballbellas.com. This is for ballbellas.com (with a ‘s’). I believe the reviews on Trustpilot.com must be fake. I consulted trustpilot before ordering a jumper from Ballbellas.com. Looked good even though there were only 7. I was sent a jumper with the sleeves in different sizes. One arm fit the other did not. Additionally, it was not quite like the picture (they don’t own the photos). So I wanted to return. I contacted them in the allowed time frame and according to their return policy. They refuse. They won’t give me the return address and advised me to keep it or get it altered. Excuse me! They say return shipping and taxes are too expensive. I’m willing to get a quote. They won’t give me the return address. What?!?! I just wanted to return and get a refund. This started on Sept 7th, one month later I still don’t have a return address, a breakdown of the $30 refund nor a refund. I regret the day I ordered from them. I really do. I work hard for my money too. Trust my review. There are so many other companies out there. Don’t bother with this one.

I asked if a couple of small tweaks were possible, and my wishes were granted. Needs very minimal tailoring and feels like a million bucks. Stunning. I love it

The dresses are really beautiful. The quality is up to par, I've taken it several times and I've been delighted every time. The color and appearance are the same as in the picture, the sellers are also very kind.
