We apologize for the Ballcap Buddy coming open. This is why we highly recommend, as it says on the directions, to use the top rack of the dishwasher. It is safer and the Ballcap Buddy and your cap dont move around. Washing machines are different everywhere and they are more and more like commercial machines. This is also why we say NEVER use in a front loading washing machine. If you need a replacement Ballcap Buddy, please let us know and we will be happy to replace it.

Ball cap budd
For the longest time, I needed to wash my hats and would do so by any means necessary. Yes, they always came clean but never fit the same. This ball cap buddy is definitely the way to go. Still washing but now it fits my head the same.
