The return process takes forever (2…

The return process takes forever (2 months) and is extremely painful. I requested my return on November 9 and despite multiple emails and follow ups did not receive a refund until 9 January. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

sizing is way off and customer service is a pain

I truly want to like these shoes, but they run so small. A size 40 fits like a size 38. After placing an initial order for two pairs in my usual size (39) that were way too small, I exchanged one pair for a size 40 but had to take them off after 10 minutes because they hurt so much.

I didn't even return them bc the first return/refund/exchange process was such a hassle.

It took *51* days from placing the initial order (8/2) to receive a refund for one returned pair (9/19), then to receive the exchanged pair (on 9/22, size 40 - that once again, did not fit).

It took over two weeks to receive a basic return label by email to ship the return by mail from NY to NJ (requested Friday 8/8 - received Monday 8/25), and then following their receipt of the return on 9/2, it took over two weeks (and another follow-up email to customer service on 9/17) to receive a refund for one pair (9/19) and the exchanged shoes for the other pair (9/22).

It's a shame as the shoes look lovely on the site but reading the other reviews, they need to review their sizing and their customer service practices in the US.

Problems with delivery has been frustrating

First pair of shoes was too large for my normal size. I emailed customer service and they helped me to get them shipped back and a smaller size sent. After weeks and multiple failed delivery’s I finally got the replacement shoes but they were even larger than the ones I sent back.

Update: customer service has been in touch and helped sort delivery and return of the second pair of shoes. I recognised that in this case it is the failure of the delivery company and although quite painful customer service has responded promptly to help me resolve. Hopefully the replacement shoes fit as I do really like the shoes.

Good customer service / contact

Sadly one of the pairs ordered was faulty , and had to be returned to Italy .
To be fair the customer service / contact was good .
They refunded me + the postage ..
Have also replaced the faulty shoes ..as a gesture of good will .

Steer clear of this company

I agree with many of the other reviewers here.

The process to return the item (too large) was tortuous and involved several emails.

Six weeks later I have finally received a refund. I was told there would be a postage charge of £15 to return the shoes but £30 was deducted.

I'll steer well clear of this company in future.

Buyers beware of scam!!

Buyers beware!! This website is a scam and business is irresponsible. I returned a pair of poor quality wrong size shoes and did not receive the refund. When I contacted customer service, over a week later they said they were going to investigate. When I followed up with them over another week later, they never responded. Had to file a scam dispute via the credit card company to chase them down.

Horrible Customer Service Experience

I have had problems with shoes I ordered. The first pair I liked but the size was too small. I tried to process a return via the online portal but received a notice that my order could not be found. I sent an email to customer service, and had to follow up twice. Finally I received an email with the return label I needed. Meanwhile I ordered the next larger size in the same style but I received a totally different shoe in a much smaller size. So…now I have to go through the process of requesting, and following up with them (!) to get a second return label. Then I will watch carefully to make sure I get a refund for both pairs. Ugh. Fortunately I paid with American Express so if I have any issues with my refund I will get them to chase after it. Overall a horrible experience.

I ordered a pair of shoes and…

I ordered a pair of shoes and unfortunately the size was wrong. I tried to use their website to issue a return/exchange and it had no record of the order number. I also emailed customer service multiple times and received no response. I agree with the other reviews- this has been the worst customer service. I would not order from this company.

Update: I eventually did get a response and I was able to return the shoes and have them send me the correct size. The correct size is great. Hoping the company is improving the customer service and return/exchange process because the shoes are very nice.

Warning!!!

Warning!!!! Please be alarmed. This company is a shame and fraud. I am trying to get a refund. It’s more than a month ago and the company confirmed the return and promises to refund my purchase but every time they have a lousy excuse. No money returned yet. Never ever buy from this website.

Problematic refund

My experience was not worst, but definitely far from good. Before ordering I asked questions to customer service - they responded quickly. Delivery in EU was 20 EUR, parcel was delivered within 5 days, all packed well. Shoes were OK but nothing special, plus on very narrow feet, so I decided to return. Customer service warned return would be 15 EUR and refund would be 30 days after return, and provided me return label next day. DHL courier came to pick up parcel in a day too, so no issues. No refund happened within 30 days after parcel was delivered to store, as per POD. I tried to contact customer service at least 5 times asking for refund, no reaction. I reached out to brand via theirs Instagram page, and customer service returned to me pretty quickly after that and in few days I got refund. Summary - order if you are sure you'll keep the shoes, otherwise - 35 EUR delivery cost wasted plus head ache on refund.

Order did not arrive - fighting for my money

I ordered two pairs of shoes. They contacted me and said one pair was not in stock (despite still available online) I picked another pair and then never heard from them although I have emailed them three times now. I have now just emailed asking for me £239 back and if I do not hear from them by tomorrow will have to lodge a claim with my credit card company. What a mess. Do not risk it.

Cheap-feeling shoes, AWFUL customer service. AVOID

I've been trying to return a pair of shoes for some time now. I ordered a pair of ballet flats and while they arrived in reasonable time, the packaging was poor compared to other brands at the same price point - the box was flimsy and broken. The shoes were poor quality, the insole felt plastic on the top and you could see the foam exposed at the sides. The leather felt relatively cheap. Although I was disappointed, I hate the faff of returning things so was going to still give them a go in the hopes the shoes grew on me. However, when I tried them on the high vamp cut into my foot so I followed the instructions to request a return, including the days I could be available at home for the courier.

I received an email 3 days later stating I could either return the shoes either for an exchange or refund. As returning for refund would cost me £15, I decided to ask for an exchange for a different style in the hopes the replacement shoes might fit me better and be of better quality. As requested I provided all the details for the courier including a day the following week when I could be at home all day.

I heard nothing back and no courier came. I emailed them again stating that due to the poor customer service I had changed my mind and wanted simply to return the shoes.

That was two days ago and I've heard nothing from them. I wish I'd read the reviews on here before purchasing. I'm starting to think this company is a bit of a scam. I'm stuck with a low-quality pair of shoes that cost me over £150 including postage. I bought another pair of similar leather flats from Penelope Chilvers at the same time and the quality difference is like night and day. The PC ones are so much better constructed, the leather feels better, and the packaging was beautiful and in pristine condition.

Save your money - shop elsewhere!
