In the ballet and dance world, always in front of a mirror, some days you need that extra confidence boost to feel good in your body both aesthetically and physically. I can hand on heart say ballet skirts by Lucinda’s beautiful skirts really enhance my confidence when teaching and in the rehearsal room- which is worth its weight in gold.

I bought my sister a ballet skirt from Lucinda for Christmas. The fabric is very pretty and it was clearly packaged with a lot of care - a small Christmas decoration and sequins were included.

Lucinda is a magician in what she creates... My new skirt is absolutely beautiful (my photo does not do it justice). Despite all evidence to the contrary, I feel like a little princess wearing it 💕
She arranged the beautiful rehearsal skirt/tutu, 360 skirt to exactly fit my idiosyncratic whims and didn't judge me for my size or skill level
She also went out of her way to find the best colour SAB for more day-to-day wear and I love the colour combination

I think I literally own most of Lucinda’s stock of printed skirts! She is extremely customer friendly, I had most of my skirts both wraps and sab style customised so that they would fit me perfectly! I particularly recommend her velvet sab skirts which come in an array of beautiful shades but basically any style is gorgeous! You can even buy your favourite fabrics ( I did ! ) and her seamstress will transform them in beautiful skirts . I have just received a bunch of new ones and I love them 😍

Such a great service. Lucinda is so accommodating. I ordered a ballet skirt for my daughter for Xmas which was a bit too big and then decided she wanted a different colour. Lucinda made it super easy to exchange. These skirts are beautiful and so well made.

Discerning dancer Stephanie followed the simple and seamless process online to customise precisely what she wanted - chose the cut, then the fabric, then refine with accessories - and finally just check out and pay. Two weeks later the skirt arrived beautifully packed and presented. What could be easier for a bespoke product? Great service, luxury product, and an ballet skirt that is the envy of her class.

I asked Lucinda to design me a bespoke skirt. All started well and I was sent two skirts to match the colour with. Heavy postage costs but was hopeful for a solution. These were returned stating which fabric was correct. After a delay, I received my skirt, designed as ordered but the wrong colour. After lengthy discussions and literally being called a liar about the colour I ordered, Lucinda apologised and admitted her seamstress had made it in the wrong colour. Then my new skirt turns up, correct colour but made back to front. I was then told I never explained which way round I wanted it, despite stating this two months ago. Along with insufficient postage on the return envelope, the catalogue of errors is phenomenal. I wouldn’t bother with this woman. She’s accusatory, unprofessional and a down right liar !
