The whole process of the workshop meetings with ballisager and specifically with my personal consultant Peter Arto Juhl Sorensen, was very positive. We mainly focused on unsolicited methods to approach companies. Additionally, he suggested me to use specific job-bank sites to my profile that I constantly use and also contacted some people in his network to ask for relevant open job positions. Regarding, the group meetings, it was a great experience as we learned about the danish market culture among other topics, ways to apply unsolicited, write an elevator pitch etc. I will definitely try to use all of these methods that I learned in my job search. Keep up the good work and thanks for the instructions!

My agent, Pernille, was very competent and professional, on top of being very wholesome. She helped identify gaps in my job search toolbox, and filled those out, along with plenty of practice and motivation along the way. Starting my dream job now, the lessons from this training will stay with me for the rest of my career.

In my four weeks of career counselling at Ballisager, I was assigned to one of their counsellors. His name was Peter. We had meetings on weekly basis in which we fully focused on my specific case, going over different topics regarding job search, creation of CV and methods how to reach out to companies. This experience really got me to my feet and helped to make a right step. I've even gotten into contact with a company which might result in collaboration with them in near future. I am grateful for their professionality and human approach towards me. Time well spent, highly recommended.

The webinars and other lectures where very interesting, although in my opinion they are too focused on the unsolicited job applications.

I found very helpful the face to face meetings with my job consultant which has helped and supported me throughout the entire period at Ballisager. She helped me improve my CV and Job Applications, and only after I followed her advices the companies invited me for an interview. Luckily, in my case, it ended with a job offer. On a final note, she is also very empathic and a great motivator :)

Konsulenthuset ballisager has created a structured and comprehensive program to enhance your job search. The skills I learned increased the reach and organization of my job search, as well as providing me important insights into the labor market in Denmark. My consultant was very supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my success in my job search. I would suggest the program to anyone who would like to expand and clarify their job search in Denmark.

I had Thomas Birk as consultant. He is amazing, his optimism energy boosted my self-confidence and helped and gave me the tools to search for jobs. He used all the minutes we had in every session.
I now have a job and I think he played a big role in me finding it.
He used his network, called and make conections and opened doors.
I went to some nice workshops that helped and where I found guidance from very competent people.

Ballisager has a very nice, pleasant and professional approach through their consultancy and consultants. I only know the coaching services, but I would definitely recommend them.

I took part in Vækst via Viden workshop for 1 week, and I can say that after the first day only, I felt so much energy and enthusiasm towards searching for a job. I learned so many useful things, tips and tricks, and the consultants were very open and willing to help. I could actually sense interest from their part to help (of course, within the time limit that we had).

Thank you so much for such an amazing, positive and helpful consultant Julie Navntoft , who always welcome you with a smile, amazing ideas and knowing how to work with different types of people. Julie is not just working, but she really enjoys what she is doing and finding to each person individual way of working. In my opinion, I think that before meeting with the counselor, well prepared is the most important. I know exactly, who I am, what suit me, what I need help for. Everything click at the first meeting. I had a job interview the next day, off cause I got the job. My counselor was a good coordinate and every update. She printed out for me, many pages of the cleaning company name list, both in Odense and Svendborg. she gave an advice and help to write a perfect CV and a Job application.
I would like to recommend "Konsulenthuset Ballisager " to you all.
