Paid for DPD next day delivery and had to wait for royal mail for days.
No real customer service and apart from a professional looking website,Thats about all that's professional about this company.
Will be disputing the postage payment with clearpay and my bank l.
First and last time buying from Balnecroft!!!

We did run a competition... The winning entry got a very, very nice prize - which they were extremely happy with. Unfortunately we do not, and never will, give out prizes to people who "claim" they have won and then phone us repeatedly trying to get freebies.

Great find, Kay very helpful and knowledgeable. Needed comfortable wellies, left with a pair of Percussion. Love them, comfortable from first wear. Highly recommend.

absoloutley dissgusting , paid for a order on next day selivery which was over £6 , order did not and still has'nt arrived , have called numerous times and sent emails , NOT one single reply , customer service is non existent would not recommend this store for online orders

Visited the shop and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a full kit out as it is my 1st time on a driven game day.

I recently entered a competition that this company has posted on a social media site, unfortunately I was a victim of a scam if I hadn’t called them saying I had been nominated as the Winner they wouldn’t of even known about this. I feel that if a company is going to do such things they should monitor the entries on the competition to safe guard us.

As they know this has caused me no end of time out of my working day to deal with this, a reputable company would offer a little goodwill gesture but this company has refused point blank to do anything.

Not a company I will deal with that’s for sure.

I’ve been looking for a pair of wellies that are both comfortable and affordable. I found pecussion wellies at balnecroft. Luckily they had the right size for me. Shipping was fast too so it arrived on time and the boots are great, thank you very much.

I was in the market for some new hunting gear and came across Balnecroft when searching. They had what I needed at a fair price with fast delivery, so their customer service has been top notch! Thank you

Wish I read the reviews before I placed an order, like many others I placed my order and it has not even been shipped, sent emails no reply and they have been read as I put a tracker on them, tried to ring them and just get the answer machine which I might add is pointless leaving a message as they do not return the call.

My wife was bought a pair of Grubs Tideline4.0 wellies in May 21. She has worn them less than 10 times . They have now split and leak water. Balnecroft Country do not return phone calls, do not reply to emails or respond to messages via facebook. Extremely poor customer service.

My partner bought me a very lovely pair of boots from Balnecroft. Sadly they did not fit. As per the instructions I returned the boots, having filled in the appropriate form which I enclosed and having paid the return costs for the return via the Post Office. The parcel was received and signed for but despite numerous attempts, no acknowledgement nor refund has been received and it seems to be impossible to contact this company by telephone.

We called in for a waterproof jacket a few weeks ago and when we got there Kay the owner couldn’t be more helpful. She went out of her way to help us and let us try a couple of them on. We have been here a few times and she has always gone out of her way to help us

I bought a pair of hiking boots as a gift. In adding a note at the bottom for the recipient to know who it was from a card with my message was received - an extremely kind gesture that went a long way.
The order was also received as expected and on time but the level of detail and going over and above the way they did was truly fantastic.

Placed an order on December 30th., received a confirmation, and then nothing. Not responding to emails, answering the listed phone number or replying to messages.
Appears to be a scam.

Should have read the reviews first, but in a hurry to order a Xmas present for my son ! I contacted Balnecroft to ask for expedited delivery , no reply. Nevertheless I ordered and paid for the item online , only have my order cancelled and payment refunded later with no explanation. I rang and left a voice message to which I have received no response. Why are they in business ??

I received the wrong polo shirt and I am still waiting for a returns label so that I can return it and receive a refund. I was also charged the higher item price which was £7 more than the item sent, customer service told me that the incorrect item should not have been available to purchase on their website. ie the older style percussion long sleeve polo shirt.

I bought a pair of Jack Pike neoprene wellingtons on 06//09/19 and in November both boots had split at the rear. I had only worn them a few times. I contacted Balnecroft through EBay thinking if they gave me a refund or credit note I would spend more money and upgrade.
I had to dispute through EBay and PayPal and have only just received a full refund via PayPal. They ignored my initial request and, and dragged their feet. Someone there needs to brush up on UK customer rights.

Purchased a pair of wellingtons from them which were stolen because the postman left them in my wheelie bin.
Sent messages and a letter accepting fault from Royal Mail but completely ignored me.
The wellingtons were for a disabled child and they couldn’t care less.
Royal Mail advised it was the sellers responsibility to make a claim not me.
Terrible customer service and lack of common courtesy.

Ordered an item of clothing advertised as latest model with photograph and matching description and was sent a different model which had lower price labels on. When contacted stated item sent was latest model and not the advertised one and simple return if not happy advice. No option of any partial refund so left it down to me to sort out the returning of the item. Couldn't care less attitude so avoid if you don't like disappointment. Very poor customer service.
