We purchased satino carpet which is considered to be a luxurious carpet.We paid a hefty price for the privilege.The carpet was delayed and we had to move in without carpet and delay our furniture being brought in.No apology from the company.After the carpet was fitted to our horror noticed the carpet had discoloured in two rooms.They sent what they said was an independent carpet assessor who could not explain the discolouration.He said it was not a spillage as that carpet reacts badly to liquid and there would be a different texture which he could see there was not.They are refusing to change carpet.Such expensive carpet and poor customer service so now have to sue them.Avoid them like the plague

Let me buy their $180 rug when it was sold out, didn’t tell me it was sold out until a month an a half later. It took me emailing them THREE TIMES to even answer to me. And didn’t even answer me email, i had to instgram dm them to find out ANYTHING about my rug.
