We were replacing a 20 year-old wooden Verandah and wanted a glass room with a storage verandah. We were so pleased that we worked with Baltic bespoke and chose them after getting several quotes. They were really good value for money totally worked to do exactly what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole team were great and nothing was too much trouble in ensuring everything was done to what we wanted. We really enjoyed having them on site from Frankie’s first meeting right to the very end when everything was completed. All was smooth and we can’t recommend Baltic Bespoke highly enough and we were particularly happy as they are a local company.

We needed a garden room for an extra room for our family house as we needed more space, didn't want to move, and couldn't face the disruption of an extension ..

Baltic bespoke were brilliant, they designed and built our 2 room garden building (1 room living space 1 room cupboard/shed) and it was stress free. They were polite, respectful of our property and caused no disruption... It was such a pleasant experience that if we had the space we'd want them to build us an extension.

The garden room is excellent quality and makes such a different to our house.

What a fantastic company Baltic Bespoke are!
From start to finish they were brilliant! They really listened to what we wanted, and even though it was a smaller build compared to some of their others, we never felt like we were second rate customers.
The build was super quick and they even brought their own portaloo! Very friendly team, and always up for a laugh and kept us up to date with how it was going.
If you were thinking of getting a garden building, choose these guys- you won't regret it!

From the very first contact we knew this would be the right team for us and this was reconfirmed quickly from the first visit when ideas and vision came together right through to completion.

We cannot thank Frankie and the whole team at Baltic enough for all their help, support, knowledge, professionalism (and patience) from start to finish.

Despite us having a firm budget on the design and build for the garden office I discussed options for changes to the decking and shed during the build process and initially worried how this would impact cost, time or quality. Frankie and the team were patient and understanding throughout and helped explore options to find best outcome solutions. The worry I hadn’t wasn’t needed. Moving from an idea of a small path to a sizeable decked area and walkway on a sloped garden was the best decision, we are so happy with the results!

Communications were consistent and clear, progress updates were regular and the whole project was extremely well managed.

A special thanks to the teams who worked on the build and the decking. All were polite, professional and highly skilled and whilst I’m sure it’s not part of their job description, they had to quickly get on board with the daily routine of entertaining our two French bulldogs before work could start! (The alternative would be a barking duo so they were all happy to get involved) It broke my heart a little when the build was complete and the dogs would wait patiently at the back gate for their friendly visitors. I think they’re over it now but the garden office is definitely their new favourite space so maybe they think the build was for them! 😁

The all in one service provided by the team at Baltic Bespoke makes for a seamless process from start to finish. Considering the scale of what is involved we barely noticed they were there! The team are all really polite and worked to the schedule provided at the outset. We’re so pleased with the new room at the bottom of our garden which has given us more space inside meaning we don’t have to move house!

From our first contact with Baltic Bespoke we have experienced excellent communication and quality service. It is a daunting prospect to put your faith and hard earned cash into a large project with a company that was largely unknown to us. However, after thorough research we chose Baltic and how right we were. Baltic worked closely with us to create the perfect space. Almost as important, the journey to its construction was made as smooth as possible by skilled, polite and personable workmen who completed high quality work as speedily as practicable . Consequently, our garden room and canopy are exactly what we wanted; a beautiful, tranquil and practical area that really does enhance our garden and our well-being. For most of my life, through my work, I have dealt with the most horrific trauma and significant stress. Along with professional help for my MH, I am now very much aware that I need my own space just to process things, calm down and to relax.
I decided a Garden Room was the best option for me, to take me out of the house and to give my Family a break from me when I needed some time.
I shopped around and had some site surveys done. One company stood out and that was Baltic Bespoke.
From the initial visit and site survey, to the discussions around planning, costings and then the build, they have been excellent.
The team who came on site were exceptional, a brilliant bunch of lads who treated us and our property with the utmost respect They were happy to explain what was being done and check at all stages that I was happy.
Communication with the Baltic Bespoke Management Team was perfect and I was kept informed of what was happening at all times.
The Garden Room has been finished and I’m very grateful to have my own space to chill out and relax. A big thank you to Frankie and all of the team for getting this all done for us.

Having visited a friend’s garden room and learning about their experience we decided to contact Frankie at Baltic Bespoke to discuss the feasibility of a garden room.

We are so pleased we chose Baltic Bespoke to create a garden room for us. We are new to the area and had no knowledge of local companies, but we fell on our feet with Baltic!
The whole process went very smoothly, right from the company taking onboard our initial aspirations, being really flexible and delivering the room within our budget.
Once started, the room took shape with minimal fuss and delay and despite the weather not being very forgiving at times the chaps remained positive & cheary!

From quotation to completion everything has run smoothly and the finished room is a very high standard.

Frankie’s team are professional and clearly very experienced. They work like a well oiled machine, and as soon as one stage is complete the next stage starts. The team are all really polite and friendly. Special shout out to Paddy, the finishing carpenter who made sure the room was finished to a high standard!

During the build we made a few last minute tweaks to the design (which I am sure caused a few headaches) but Frankie and the team were happy to accommodate.

In terms of the room, it’s little things you don’t think about that come as standard and make all the difference - WiFi connected lights and heating (handy in case you leave things on you don’t have trek outside to turn them off), hard wired internet so no need to rely on boosters, they even sent their cleaning team at the end to make sure everything was shiny and new!

Overall, we’re really pleased with our new garden room and cannot recommend Baltic Bespoke highly enough. Thanks guys!

The design of the garden room is perfect for our garden. The team made it easy to choose which cladding to match. We're truly delighted with the result. The quality of the finish inside and out is outstanding as well. Highly recommend this company to anybody with an eye for style and detail.

From the very outset Frankie was on board with exactly what we wanted.
His team of tradesmen were superb, from Colin and Robbie installing the Groundscrews, through Vinny, Connor, Jack and Robbie building the Garden Room structure, with Bobby doing the plastering and Danny and Carl doing the electrics, they all knew their trade and they were polite and respectful as well as great tradesmen.
The quality of products and materials used are all of a high standard.
We now have a superb garden room to be be proud of and we use it daily.

Very happy with our 4x4m garden room. Frankie and his team knew exactly what we needed for the garden room and had very good communication with us. All the staff were very friendly and did not bother us during the process. We were very happy to find them to help us build it. This garden has a room that is worth recommending to everyone!

Well.. where do we begin, can honestly say what an absolute pleasure this company is. From the very first initial messages with Claire, the first meeting with Frankie, all the planning and then getting the build started, to Paddy completing the work (what a dedicated perfectionist) - everything has been seamless and amazing to watch it come together. Now we are left with a space we can’t wait to use for many years creating happy memories.

The Baltic Bespoke team have been a delight from start to finish and are a wonderful bunch of people, who deserve every success, we could not recommend their high quality standard of workmanship enough.
