Packed well.
It was packed very well but even so the shampoo I bought had its spout broken off which was a shame. I didn’t return it as I just gave it to my daughter.

Products are really good
Products are really good. I regularly get the bathsalts.
I put 4 stars rather than 5 because there is a problem with the subscription so I keep needing to order manually. I also thing the packaging was too big for the contents. It is good that it is really well wrapped up but it could also have been in a smaller box and as well wrapped in my opinion.

Beautiful!
I purchased the Bamford fig leaf diffuser. Beautiful scent, and one you can smell as you walk into the room, unlike others you have to sniff the bottle. The bottle is a good size and I love the willow sticks, a nice change from the usual straight ones. I would highly recommend and I will be repurchasing.
