This trader is different to others, No pushy sales techniques, lets you look at the car in your own pace. My friend even broke a clip in one of the cars and the professional shown by Bilal was great, we offered to pay for the broken clip, but he was adamant no to take any money. I saw a negative review claiming a sensor was “unplugged to hide a fault”, so I wanted to share my own recent experience because it’s the complete opposite.

I bought my Seat Cupra from this dealership a few weeks ago, and from start to finish everything was transparent, straightforward and exactly what you’d expect from a professional outfit.

Before collecting the car, I asked them specifically about diagnostics because of that older review. They actually plugged in the scanner in front of me, showed me the live data, and walked me through every reading. No warning lights, no stored faults, nothing hidden. If a sensor had been unplugged, it would have shown instantly on the scan.

The Cupra has been running perfectly since day one — smooth idle, strong pull, no hesitation, no electrical gremlins. I’ve done motorway miles and city driving and the car has been faultless.

What stood out most was:

• genuine transparency — they answered every question without rushing me
• proper diagnostics — they showed me everything on screen before I paid
• no pressure sales — they let me take my time with the Cupra
• clean paperwork — full history, invoices, and HPI all matched

I’m not saying the other reviewer didn’t have an issue, but from what I’ve seen, it definitely wasn’t the dealership trying to hide anything. Cars can develop faults at any time, and sometimes people assume the worst.

All I can speak on is my own experience — and it’s been excellent.

Purchased a car from them and when inspected by a specialist found a sensor was unplugged in order to hide an engine fault.
When raised to the them, they refused to help and stopped responding.
