Everything worked well and I received my business cards in a timely manor to a good quality. Issue discovered when two inputs were not aligned at the bottom of the card. I aligned them using the built in tool on banana print. There is clearly an issue which I emailed and raised with the company however their response was to use a grid function next time and align it myself - instead of address the technical issue on their end. I didn’t even ask for any compensation or reprint as I know their disclaimer it is our reponsibilty as a consumer to ensure the design in to our satisfaction.
However, ethically they should fix that issue so other customers do not make the same mistake of trusting their design tool.

First time using this company as many don't allow you to use your own designs. Had some business cards done and all I can say is that the quality is excellent and turnaround very quick. Will definitely use them again.

I placed and order on the Tuesday for leaflets and business cards for my small business. To my amazement they arrived on the Thursday morning!
