Be prepared for losses

The good thing about this copy trader is that you can use your own broker so doesn’t feel scammy. Their communication is better than most. Their signals were poor and left my account 18% down. I never went in to profit in a meaningful way and there were more losses than wins that just depleted my account. Their US30 trades were very poor.

Fake Police Card Board Useless Monitoring System

I recently had to lodge 3 different complaints against Poste/BancoPosta, for details of all cases, access my profile page.

- first complaint in january, for a refund of a wrong charged fee, no reply after 4 months, and successfully get the refund after 8 months, but i was wrongly accused of something untrue in their reply, and the fact is that their staff had made mistake when handling the transaction, resuling in the wrongly charged fee.

- second complaint in May, for non-transfer of bank account from one post office to another after 4 months of application, starting from Jaunary. Finally the account was transfered after 9 months!

- third complaint in June, for non-updating of home address after inputting the new information on the Poste website in January. After 4 months still receiving letters in the old address. After 8 months the bank statement downloaded online still bears the old address. non-receipt of any bonifico monthly statement in new address at the moment of writing. non-receipt of a renewed bank card at the moment of writing. no reply from the Gestione Reclaimi Finanziari at the moment of writing.

Before involving Banca Italia, I spent months waiting after writing through Poste assistance page and regular email but no repsonse (1st case). Then I switched to sending PEC complaint to Reclamo office, but still without reply after months (for the appeal of case 1, and the first response of case 2 and 3). After involving Banca Italia, the response rate of Poste is faster. This is the only useful thing.

However, the disappointment is, I doubt Banca Italia actually monitor how the Poste (and other banks) answer their customers and try to understand what went wrong. Not to mention, I doubt there will be other follow up actions subsequent to the surfacing of such problems.

Logically, if the fee was wrongly charged, meaning some staff are not working properly, not following the laid down procedures and that’s why they make mistake. So the staff should be regularly refreshing their job skill and knowledge.

If the account is not transferred after a few months, but on the website it says such arrangement is “veloce”, Poste should be asked to set a peformance standard, to do this task within 1 week or 2 weeks. but not 9 months. and the person who is not doing this task in this incident, should be councelled or issued warning.

If a mailing address is updated on the Poste website, but address is still wrong after 9 months. it means some other address database are not aligned and sychronized. it is a serious technical issue because people are expecting to receive letters and even new cards in their new home! But they might have finally update my address in all database, but what about other clients? If they don‘t look into the root cause of the issue and just handle my case, the other hundreds and thousands of customers moving home / updating address will never receive any letter.

I don’t know the role of Banca Italia in all these incidents mentioned above. But just “making Poste have fear and reply faster” is not the only thing to do. The reply in the letters contain fake information and false accusation, nobody cares. Why so many problems? nobody cares. How to avoid recurrence of these problems? nobody cares. Everything is only the vision of one meter in front of them. It‘s fixed, not fixed, not improved, nobody cares. In the future it happens to others again, blame the bad luck.

This is not a proper monitoring system at all. It’s only a fake police card board scaring the Poste. But no actual result. The sadness is, if i didn‘t involve Banca Italia, Poste simply ignore all my complaints. Is this how they should work? This is actually the first thing Banca Italia should look into. But i also doubt they would care. Easy job in Italy anyway, because nobody actually needs / wants to work. Where I come from, every complaint is something to work on, an oppounity to spot an issue and make improvement, so as to avoid recurrence. Again, that’s why the economy here is so distressed because the mentality of people are so low, even in central italy.

i decided to close my Banco Posta account, because there are also other issues, such as wrong information online about bonifico SEPA internet banking daily transfer limit. nothing is correct in this corporation! it‘s much better to start using international/european digital bank service. a physcial bank in italy is crap, and the absence of a genuine monitoring system is also why such substandard performance exists. because any mistake the banks made, there’s no consequence.
