Bancor Tm 

For 10 year they have had my money and it has done nothing but lost money. I have tried and tried to access the online portal and I am still unable after spending 2 hours with the help group trying to get in to the system to change my address. I have given up hope of ever getting my money back. I have to fill out a 15 page document to get anything out of them. They know I have been unable to access due to their IT group writing and HTML page that will not let you press the final button at the bottom of the page because the page is not set up correctly and has not been for 10 years. Run as fast as you can from this group as they will make it incredibly difficult to do anything and will move your money without your approval. Good luck finding someone else that does not change their website every few years or locks you out because you don't know you need to change your passwords regularly.

Bancor-tm people use disposable mobile numbers. They call multiple times on different numbers. I've asked not to call me anymore for many times but they keep calling me every month. Even after patiently explaining I don't do business with non-european unregulated brokers.
They have no respect for people. They are driving me nuts.

A salesperson called me and literally tried to convince me to sign up with a referral code .

I refuse categorically . It's a big red flag when you receive some unwanted calls from some dubious company like that one.

People calling and posing as employees of a legitimate company (bancor.network). A quick call to the legitimate company reveals the two entities are not related. Bancor-tm is indeed part of unregulated company based in a Carribean country.
Caller is Stefan William (probably a fake name because last name sounds Anglo-saxon and his accent doesn't match) Quite pushy on the phone, called me on Wednesday and wanted to me to invest ASAP given the upcoming NFP release (Friday)
