I don't recommend this business for…

I don't recommend this business for many reasons.

I initially brought my puppy to get shots and was invited to join their puppy program. They explained it be a win, win situation and so I joined.
Everything was fine. I got another dog who was a puppy a year later and added her on the plan. Again, everything was fine so I thought.

My first dog was finally 2 years old and no longer a puppy. My puppy program I was on I decided to stop for one dog. I continued for my remaining dog who was still young. So fast forward to my dog needing to be checked out recently.
I've continued paying for her monthly. I come to find out that I haven't been paying for my dog but the other.
We go back and forth and NOW they tell me additional fine print regarding cancellation the puppy program. So they now tell me I owe money to get out of the program for both dogs.

It's funny that they do not explain this in detail when getting you on the program. It's not beneficial and all they want is make you a monthly fee for nothing. Over the entire 2 and half years I've had my dogs, I've only gone there a handful of time.

I'm walking away from this hospital very upset and disappointed.

I warn anyone and everyone to not go to this hospital. They should be happy the remaining customers who come here give them service. Considering they NEVER answer their phones and make you wait over 30 minutes when you are dropping off your animal. They don't have enough staff and expect you to wait and wait to get services.

I will spread the word to every and everyone I know to not go here. Needless to say I am disappointed. I will looking to go elsewhere.
