Banfield on south side blvd is no doubt the worst vet clinic I’ve ever visited, I took my pup in to have a small growth on his side checked out, was told to bring him in @ 9.AM….I explained that being a rescue he had separation issues as of 5.30 that afternoon they still haven’t seen him,after several phone calls I decided I’d had enough and went to get my boy, make this shorter, I demanded they bring him out, so while I waited impatiently they rushed to look at him, and told me they didn’t know what the growth was and that I should take him somewhere to have it checked, so they gladly lightened my wallet for $ 300.00 + and waiting 9 hrs I am more than irritated, Banfield isn’t capable of caring for a sewer rat ! In my opinion

I started paying $30.00 a month for the Banfield Wellness plan and now they charge me $86.00 a month. My little dog is going to die because anywhere, any location in this city (I've called many) can see my poor sick baby. They said to go to the emergency room, we don't have a veterinarian available.' 🤷‍♀️
