Took cat to Banfield for a first time exam. Took cat into office. The cat has agression so the cat couldn't be examined. I suggested they sedate him, give him exam and I will pick him up. Vet said NO. Now I am expected to pay a bill for visit when the vet didn't do anything. Company is a ripoff and so fake. All the want is the money
