Shocked

They Rescheduled my 4 dogs appointment then when we all got there, that’s too bad they said, you missed your appt at 1:30. I said that was my appointment time but someone called and changed it to 4, which is now. They said that didn’t happen and I would have to reschedule. The front desk woman was extremely unprofessional and rude. She began raising her voice to me so, I am not proud to say, I raised my voice. At the end the majority of Banfield staff were standing at the counter saying very ugly things about me and to me; I could barley hear. I admit my behavior could have been more calm but it was me against 5 employees. The special comment was from the nasty blond who said if I hadn’t been so rude they would have gotten all my dogs in. Ironic comment considering the first older woman gave NO hope of that happening.
Lesson I learned, as a paying customer (of 5 pets) I’m automatically wrong and the Banfield mob will gang up on you if you dare question them.
A true accomplishment for any service related business. Even the doctor walked away from me.
If I could give a 0 or lower I would.

Comprehensive Exam Drop Off a Disaster

Today I was supposed to drop my pet off for her yearly comprehensive exam at 7:15 a.m. When I got them the Petsmart was dark and no one was there. A few people were already in front of me. It was 7:32 a.m. before anyone showed up -- the time I needed to be at work. After waiting in line to be checked in I tried to talk to the associate about being in a hurry because they were late, she just shrugged her shoulders. No apology; in fact she was really curt to me after that.
When I picked my dog up at 4:30 p.m. and took her home, she immediately when #2 in the house, which she hadn't done since she was a puppy, 5 years ago! I took her outside and she pooped 3 more times and peed for about a minute. I can only assume that she was left in a kennel ALL DAY with no breaks. Unbelievable and horrible. I can't believe a place that specializes in pets treated my pet this way. She will never be dropped off there, at the Petsmart Banfield in Parker, CO for another service.
