How does Banfield remain in business
How does Banfield remain in business? Oh, that's right it's all about the money. My dog came close to death and did aspirate after a sorry tech did the dental on our dog. Multiple employees witnessed it told me about it after an unfeeling vet read the post op notes to me. I was able to gather what the vet wouldn't say- our very healthy dog was in peril twice due to their carelessness. Vets don't even treat dogs in the room. Who gives the shots and draws the blood? They only have enough techs to do dentals and basic procedures, doctors are scare at the location. Send the dog to a room out of sight then the vet speaks to the client in the lobby. Not the best place to hear some news that might not be positive. Then there's the euthanasia area- right there next to the lobby with music blaring, staff talking loudly, and other clients shouting. ****Do not respond to me with a request for followup Banfield. Your hospital has injured another dog while doing a dental. A lawsuit is the only appropriate response******
