Will at Banjo cycles is a top guy. Sorted me out with a great deal, threw in some extras without being asked. This a a great bike shop run by enthusiasts and a superb history of genuine customer care. Highly recommended 👍

I ordered a Giant Trance e-bike from Banjo Cycles, which was basically half price as it was old stock. Had great service from Will, who contacted me straight away to discuss the bike and offered to replace the handlebars which were scratched, and also took details so he could set up the suspension etc. Bike was dispatched on time (although DHL took a few days to deliver it) and arrived well packaged with just the handlebars, front wheel and pedals to be fitted. Overall a great experience. Thanks guys.

I brought my daughter’s wheelchair wheels in that we have been having issues with, due to them puncturing on multiple occasions. Will quickly identified that they had no rim tape, due to poor manufacturing, replaced this, replaced the inner tubes, and got my daughter’s independence back! He then wrote me a report of what he had done so I can go back to the wheelchair company and get this sorted! I won’t go anywhere else now we know how amazing they are! Thank you Will! 😊

Customer Service second to non. I have dealt with Banjo's in the past and always a great experience. This time I was looking for new wheels for my gravel bike and I got exactly what I wanted and expert advice. Kept informed and updated frequently as delivery from the supplier had a longish lead time. Got the best prices and service possible, great experience! Will from Banjo's couldn't have been more helpful.
