Avoid this company they are SCAMMERS
Avoid this company, they are SCAMMERS. My husband and I regret ever coming in contact with them.
They send you loads of documents to complete, which we did. This went on for years with no result. When we now told them to cancel all the claims, they started sending us invoices for doing nothing.
I have read online to just ignore all their threats, they are not a legitimate company and can do nothing.

A bunch of crooks
A bunch of crooks. Having made massive errors in my claims (errors even in my name) they are now trying to get me to pay them for breach of contract. They have made me spend useless hours filling in paperwork, I wish I had never come across them. AVOID.

CROOKS...AVOID THEM
These sharks try to bully people into paying fees for 'services' and 'cancelling contract'. They sell on the debts to collectors and threaten court etc. Bully them back... report them to the Ombudsman. It is free for plaintiffs and they have to pay the ombudsman. Their registration with the FCA is temporary and needs challenging. Avoid at all costs. If you are owed ppi you can appeal to the bank yourself...for free, you do not need firms like this.

Absolute con artists stay well clear of this company.
Took on my claims in 2011 but was getting no where so in 2018 as them to stop the claims and I agreed to pay the invoice and close the account. 2020 now and still getting invoices through with charges for pursuing my claim. I have logged a complaint to financial ombudsman to see if they can

This is the worst company in the world
This is the worst company in the world. Trust me do not use them in anyway shape or form. They dont answer emails, if you make a complaint they dont investigate it. They send threatening emails and try to bully and intimidate. Never dealt with such an awful company in my life. I hope they go bankrupt.
