One might feel they don't want customers. The onboarding process is far from effective. One aspect that counts when it comes to banking. Apparently they expect
A) future customers to have an existing relationship with FAB.
B) Source of Income/Source of Funds of the owners, with proof.
C) tons of info about the owner.

Sure they have the legal right to be picky, any bank has. But are all new companies in the UAE expected to bank with WIO ?
Go ahead Dubai - limit you potential.

The customer support is just a dumb telephone banking. I wanted to replace my invalidated card and the only option was through calling the support number, the support number AI telephone agent rejects the card number because it is voided. what am I supposed to do? worst bank ever, never trust a fils of your money with this Bank.

They tried to deliver me my Debit Card though I am a non resident and have a savings account and did not tell the courier to check my passport so the courier wanted an Emirates ID which I do not have so would not give me my Debit Card. When I tried to lodge a complaint they insist I call them which means long waiting times. FAB is no good for non residents. EMIRATES NBD is probably better for non residents from what I hear. Rubbish FAB and Avoid. Hopefully they do not write a rubbish reply as too late why I had to come to trustpilot to warn others.

Worst experience ever. They charge you in Everything!
And card fees are too high and sudden( without informing)

Worst experience of Fab credit card charges, I received fab-bank credit card on 1st September 2021 and I got a Statement on 9th of September with unnecessary charges of 230 Dirhams, and without any use. 2ndly when I call on their customer service they literally not answering the phone call and I had to wait more than 30 minutes. I never recommend it to other people in my community. I have just seen many bad feedbacks on their Credit card app, the name of the app is Dubai-First. I also found many bad reviews on Trustpilot also. I wish I could found it before taking this credit card.
Total wastage of Time and wastage of Money. Worst Customer Service and many hidden charges. Lastly One word is Poor.
