IT - Dal 6 gennaio 2023 devo essere pagata 22 Euro di cashback. Siamo a giugno ormai: non conto più le innumerevoli email che ho mandato e a cui rispondono come se nulla fosse. Ho anche cercato di farmi rimborsare senza successo. Nel frattempo si sono presentati altri bug che hanno reso impossibile l'utilizzo di un'app che - a fronte di un abbonamento pari a 39,99 Euro all'anno - dovrebbe filare liscia come l'olio.

Nous sommes en juin : je ne compte plus les innombrables mails que j'ai envoyés et auxquels ils répondent comme si de rien n'était. J'ai aussi essayé de me faire rembourser sans succès. Entre-temps, d'autres bugs sont apparus qui ont rendu impossible l'utilisation d'une application qui - pour un abonnement de 39,99 euros par an - devrait fonctionner sans problème.

EN - From 6 January 2023 I have to be paid 22 euros cashback. We are in June now: I am no longer counting the emails I've sent to which they reply as if nothing had happened. I also tried to get a refund without success. In the meantime, other bugs have appeared which have made impossible to use an app which - for a subscription of 39.99 Euros per year - should run smoothly.
