I hate this bank they let shell steal…
I hate this bank they let shell steal 85$ from me and then said we're sorry how am I suppose to get to work eat lunch etc I swear I hate this whole corporation with a passion im taking my funds else where to hell with bank of America
As noted in my records
As noted in my records, my account was restricted/closed around August 5, and my credit card was closed on August 21. During this period, I had no access to the accounts, meaning I could not have authorized the activity taking place. Specifically:
• Multiple "ONLINE/MOBILE PAYMENT" debits and subsequent "ONLINE/MOBILE TRANSFER PAYMENT RETURN" credits appear between August 13 and August 26.
• Numerous unexpected charges, including Sellvia and Alidropship vendor fees, cash equivalent fees, and an XE Money Transfer charge, were posted on August 24 while my access was blocked.
Because these actions occurred while I was locked out of my accounts, these unauthorized transactions and adjustments strongly indicate fraudulent activity.
Please flag these items for a formal fraud review immediately, incorporate these latest screenshots into my file, and provide an explanation and timeline for when my checking account and full statements will be restored.
Zero stars (were it possible) for Bank…
Zero stars (were it possible) for Bank of the Evil.
On average one is on hold 40+ minutes to reach customer service. Today I called and was on hold for 58 minutes and then got, "We're sorry we couldn't help you. Please call us back at a later time." What?! How exactly did they "help" me when the computer hung up on me?!
Avoid this bank like the plague.
Bank of America has absolutely went…
Bank of America has absolutely went downhill extremely fast and for a while now I quit Bank of America due to the Auburn California location unprofessional three different words for the same question from three different people no one knows what's going on there every time I go in there to handle some simple business that customer is either flipping out because of the customer service every time I go to the lounge area to wait to be helped in one of those offices I run into one to three customers that are closing their accounts because of the nonsensical insolent degeneracy going on at Bank of America in Auburn California I canceled my checking canceled my savings and paid off my visa and I couldn't be more happier with my new banking establishment they go out of their way to help I get correct information unlike Bank of America in Auburn California thank you have a good day
Bank of America deserves a negative number
really wanted to put a negative number. It takes forever to get through to a rep. It takes months on a simple dispute with a scam company, QUANT 28, to get settled. It's been 5 months now! The other bank I used to purchase this junk from QUANT 28, refunded my money months ago. Despite the verbatim conversation I sent them clearly showing QUANT 28 stole my money, they will not make QUANT 28 return the money. QUANT 28 didn't even fight the dispute on the other credit card I used to buy their garbage. I will never use BOA for anything, and QUANT 28 really is awful!
The worst bank experience ever
The worst bank experience ever! I deposited money into my account at a Bank of America ATM, and the ATM suddenly blacked out during the transaction. Instead of my money being deposited, I received a receipt telling me to call customer service.
When I called, I was told that I would have to wait up to 10 days to get my own money back. Because my money was not credited to my account, several bills went through and I was charged overdraft fees. It is unbelievable that I have to pay fees because of a problem caused by Bank of America’s ATM.
I trusted the bank to handle my money safely, but now my money is missing, my account has been charged overdraft fees, and I’m being told to wait days to get MY OWN MONEY back. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and financial problems.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The worst bank experience ever. I would not recommend Bank of America to anyone.
I’ve been with this bank for “9” years
I’ve been with this bank for “9” years, and it hasn’t been a benefit to me not even 1 time.
And as I type this, I’m pissed that they put a hold on my funds for over 5 days, but stated that I would have the funds the next day.
The only thing worse than not having my money is the fact that I was lied to by their personnel.
I don’t trust nobody working with this establishment. Scouts honor
Helpless customer "service"
Three phone calls, average 33 minutes each. One trip to the branch, 40 minute drive, in the branch for another 40 minutes. One chat conversation which was about 5 minutes. Every person has told me that my issue is resolved. IT IS NOT. It's like they lie just to get you off the phone. I have already moved my savings, I am about to move my checking too.
I am a credit card holder with Bank of…
I am a credit card holder with Bank of America for 28 yrs. I pay my balance every month . I have a dispute and they asked for information from twice. I sent the information to the best of my ability. They denied with no reason. They will not pickup the phone to explain. They put me on hold for 3 hours
In August of 2025 Bank of America…
In August of 2025 Bank of America closed my account. On August 8, 2026 I paid off my balance but couldn’t get through to customer service to get a letter saying I have a 0 balance. Two weeks later I received a bill saying that I owe $8.56 for recent purchases made on a closed account. After being on hold for a while I got ahold of the customer service representative who said that she would take care of the issue and send me a letter saying that I had a zero balance. Today I received a letter from Bank of America dated August 27, 2025 saying that they closed my account. It’s the same one as the one I received last year. All I asked for was a letter saying that I have a 0 balance. Not good customer service.
I am extremely disappointed with…
I am extremely disappointed with Bank of America and how they handled my hotel dispute. I trusted my bank to properly investigate the situation and protect me from an unfair charge.
We canceled the hotel reservation, disputed the charge, and provided Bank of America with all the proof and documentation we had. Despite everything we submitted, it feels like our evidence did not matter. The money was initially credited back, but later Bank of America reversed the credit and gave the money back to the hotel.
I feel completely unprotected as a longtime customer. When a customer provides documentation showing why a charge is being disputed, I expect the bank to carefully review that evidence and stand behind its customer when appropriate.
This experience has caused me significant stress and financial hardship. I am extremely disappointed that after providing all of our evidence, Bank of America still decided against us. I am asking Bank of America to reopen and properly review this dispute and explain exactly why our evidence was rejected.I am extremely disappointed with Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square and how they handled my reservation.
I booked this hotel in June because I needed to take my daughter back to college in New York. My reservation was for August 29-31. When I booked, I understood the cost to be about $745, but the amount later became approximately $965. On top of that, there was an additional nightly hotel fee.
The most upsetting part is the cancellation. When I made my reservation, the information I received showed that I could cancel until August 7. I actually canceled only about ONE WEEK after making the reservation in June--almost two months before my scheduled stay. Despite this, they told me the reservation was nonrefundable and kept my money.
I had to cancel because I am fighting cancer and my circumstances changed. I explained my situation, but I felt that there was no compassion or reasonable consideration given to what I was going through.
I even disputed the charge through Bank of America, but the dispute was denied and the money was taken back.
I never stayed at this hotel. I canceled far in advance, and I believe a customer should be able to rely on the cancellation information provided when making a reservation. In fact, the hotel's own website currently tells customers that cancellation policies vary and that they should refer to the reservation confirmation received at the time of booking.
This experience added unnecessary financial and emotional stress during one of the most difficult times of my life. I paid hundreds of dollars for a hotel room I never used.
Please be very careful when booking here. Read the cancellation terms, take screenshots, save every confirmation, and make sure you understand exactly what is refundable before paying.
I hope management will reconsider my situation and return the money that I paid for a stay I canceled months in advance. don't think Bank of America to protect you from a fraud after we been with them for 30 years they work for a big person the scammer they will give them back your money.

I would give BofA 0 stars if possible…
I would give BofA 0 stars if possible to try to save people from added stress and wasted time which none of us need these days. Obviously, if you look at their review rating it’s not a great bank. The issues are many but to sum them all up, they do not possess an EASY BUTTON for anything and really seam to enjoy saying NO. Don’t waste your time for personal or business banking. Look up banks that are easy to deal with and helpful with the best ratings. Good Luck!
The Fall of Bank of America Fraud…
The Fall of Bank of America Fraud Department: Someone had easy access to my account and created a co-joint account. That person ended up opening several life Insurances posing as my "child". Bank of America is completely responsible for putting my life on risk. Not content with that, Bank of America determined that an unknown merchant's bill belongs to me, even though, Bank of America had knowledge of the IDENTITY THEFT. UNPROFESSIONALS! You do not have "Cache" or "High Class". Now I see why lowest criminals made you the Favorite Bank to "BREACH".

I just got information that Bank of America is going to shut down and I’m getting my money out and anyone else banking with them should too
I have been a business client for the…
I have been a business client for the past 8 years. This morning my account was locked unable to login. After spending 90 minutes on hold and being transferred to four departments a representative told me my account was closed. They refused to give any explanation, opportunity to resolve it, or notice. Although there are thousands of dollars in the account they closed it immediately and said they didn’t need to explain anything. This is the most irresponsible, unprofessional behavior I have experienced in 40 years of business. Buyer Beware.

Great Bank
Great experience. Easy to access ATMs. Simple to open an account Customer service was great
ELDER ABUSE
ELDER ABUSE - - I am a 72-year-old retiree who banks with Bank of America. Google One allowed a scammer to hack into my Google One subscription. Then Google One allowed the scammers to upgrade my subscription from $2.99 per month, to $1,800 in Google Cloud services used by the hackers before I noticed the hack a few weeks later. Google Cloud services are used by organizations with large scale data management challenges. I'm retired. I have no background in IT. Google One and Google Cloud are both impossible to reach by phone or email. Bank of America reportedly contacted them each time B of A's fraud division denied my fraud claim. Yesterday, they denied the fraud claim a third time, inaccurately claiming that my prior Google One subscription counts as a prior Google Cloud subscription, which they claim invalidates the fraud claim. It is unchecked elder abuse by Bank of America and Google.
I went to dispute a slam dunk dispute
I went to dispute a slam dunk dispute. the merchant has literally agreed to refund, but it dragging their feet. Bank of America has decided to side with them on 2 out of 4 claims and is asking me to mail or fax the evidence for the other two. It's not 1950 anymore, have secure portals on your website to upload documents if you want to be serious bank
