We used Banstead Coaches for our wedding transport. We wanted to give our guests the option of not having to drive to our Wedding so we decided to hire a coach. Made our day less stressful. The coach driver was professional, friendly and super accommodating for everyone on board. We could not fault the service here!!

No toilet as Driver said to exspensive to empty was in quite a lot of pain as a result of this I was not the only one as quite a few people were quite upset about this lovely toilet but kept locked

We hired Banstead Coaches for our wedding to get everyone from the hotel to the venue and back again. The communication was fantastic, the driver prompt and all our guests said how clean the coach was. We had a lost item which was not on the coach but the team were so helpful in checking the coach out of hours to ensure it was not on board (later recovered elsewhere). The whole process was hassle free and and allowed us to enjoy our day without any worry.

We would highly recommend and should we have an occasion to, would use again without any hesitation!

A great day out to Whitchurch Silk Mill and Bombay Sapphire Distillery. Perfect timing with the usual ability to find ways around the traffic jams. The weather was unkind with torrential downpours and flooding but at both venues our driver Chris was ready with a large umbrella and a step board to get us safely over the puddles and in and out of the coach. Excellent service from a great team, we’ll have more adventures next year. Cheam Probus Club

The coach provided by Banstead Coaches was a 53 seater Mercedes make, for the three different days out we hired it for, we had the same Driver, Kevin who was very professional in his job, getting us to destinations on time and back again

We have been using Banstead Coaches for many years and have always had good service. They are reliable and the coaches are comfortable and well looked after. The drivers are experienced, friendly and helpful. On this occasion our driver, with no warning, was faced with a road closure which meant he had to get to the A3 by very narrow lanes with lots of bends. He kept his nerve when edging past a large lorry of hay and also a very disgruntled cyclist, who had to dismount for a few minutes. We all clapped when he made it to a normal road.

Unfortunately very poor behaviour by the driver and an unhelpful follow up. Cannot recommend.

First time using Banstead Coaches and what a pleasure it was. We were transporting 39 athletes from Sutton to the start of the London Mini Marathon very early on a Sunday morning. The whole process from start to finish was faultless. Office staff very helpful & our driver was lovely. Would highly recommend.

As a member of a small association which organizes visits to gardens/landscapes within a day's drive of London I have been using Banstead Coaches for these trips for many years: at least 7 or 8, probably more. They provide an excellent service: the booking process is highly efficient, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Their coaches are of a good standard and always clean and comfortable. Their their drivers are excellent often going above and beyond in order to ensure each of our trips is a success. I cannot recommend them too highly.

We used Banstead Coaches to transport 75 guests between the church and reception venue on our wedding day, so were carrying precious cargo in the form of all our family & friends and it was vital that they were on time so we could keep to schedule on the day. Their service leading up to and on the day was second to none. We had to move our date twice on account of CV19, and even on our third date needed to change the coach plans in order to comply with the extension of social distancing restrictions. At each of these junctures, the Banstead Coaches team stepped up to our requirements and showed genuine empathy at a stressful time when we needed it along with flexibility from our suppliers. To top it all off, we were even given a lovely card and gift of some Mr & Mrs champagne flutes given to our best man to add to the gift pile.
Overall, I would highly recommend to other couples using a great family run business like Banstead Coaches when planning their big day in and around London.

Lovely family run company. Very reliable and have used them for years now! Never had a problem with any of the drivers they’ve always been great and the girls in the office are very efficient and helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

Wreckless and dangerous drivers !!!! Got Undercut by 2 of their coaches !!! On a 20mph road ! They could have easily crashed into me. ! Speeding too!! Don’t let your kids ride in these coaches. Drivers are maniacs.

We were told that we had inconvenienced the director of the company when we called the number on their website to ask for help while 29 tired students were waiting at the airport for a coach booked through Banstead Coaches. I personally will not be using this company again.
