I recommend them strongly!

Banzai seems to always have what I need. I have tried other sellers in the EU, but they often lack the less common parts that are sometimes required. I have been shopping with Banzai for years, and they have also really stepped up their shipping game. My ONLY complaint, and not even a big one, is there is no free shipping on larger purchases. Call me crazy, but charging 6€ even on purchases over 100€ is a bit "cash-grabby." @Banzaimusic Just offer free shipping at around 75€ purchases and watch your AOV (average order value) skyrocket!

I ordered from Hungary and I am very satisfied with my purchase. The package arrived in perfect condition, and all items were included. Shipping was relatively fast. The products were properly packed and clearly labeled, exactly as they should be.
The parts are of excellent quality, and some specific items are available here at the best prices on the market. I am very happy with the service and I highly recommend this shop.

I'm a long time customer and I'm always happy with the experience of shopping at Banzai Music. This store has a superior range of well described products (including the accurate quality descriptions) and is my favourite source of some unique components. I have to praise the support here as well - always pleasure to deal with Banzai Support and they always help resolving questions :)

Great website. Almost everything about musical instrument electronics is here! Very good prices. Shipping is fast, too. As a criticism, I would say that the info on every product is very sparse, and the pics are small and also scant.

They have all you need for restoring and recapping your vintage amp. Only the best components that you can trust.

Been shopping with Banzai for over a decade, mostly guitar effect and amp parts. The selection of parts is pretty good and the service is top notch. Shipping costs are reasonable.

I always find what i need for my professional work or hobby,lots of offers in one place at an excellent price-quality ratio,and the delivery is fast and nicely packaged,i recommend it.

Extensive range, good service and fast delivery.

My first order with this company went flawlessly, which gave me the confidence to place a second one. Since then: total silence! I haven't received my items at all. It took four emails before I finally got a response stating that the items I ordered (and paid for) were out of stock. Period. And then... silence again. Two weeks later, I sent another two emails and still no reply!
What a strange way to treat your customers. As of today, I've paid over €200 and received absolutely nothing!

Review update: I received a call from a Banzai employee today. They were very apologetic and finally explained why everything is taking so long. I immediately pointed out that it would be helpful to keep the customer informed about these things—it would save a lot of frustration.

Great company with a great selection of spare parts thatbarw difficult to obtain in regular stores.
Customer support is also very helpful.

BANZAI GMBH is the most relevant warehouse for guitar and bass parts/upgrades/repair in EU.
Period.
Pro: you can find almost everything for repairing/restoring/upgrading your guitar/bass/valve amp, from luthier to musician, from repair guy to the hobbist like me.
Prices are good (you can't find cheaper nowhere else), choice are incredible and if you don't find what are you looking for, they can provide it for you (from Mouser, Digikey, etcetera).
Cons: sometimes you have to wait...it needs patience.
Orders are shipped after a week or so, sometimes some parts are backorded, if you live out of Germany and you need parts in a couple of days you must contact them and find an arrangement for faster shipping (at higher prices) but it's worth it!!!

Top marks. I’ve been struggling to find SquarePlugs anywhere in Germany, but this shop had them in stock and ready to go.
If you're building a pedalboard and need those low-profile connectors without dealing with expensive US shipping or customs, this is the place. Fast delivery and exactly what I needed. Will definitely order again!
