Customer service is flexible, friendly and responsive. The webshop has LOTS of references which is great but many times they claim a reference is in stock while it is not, which has put me in difficult situations with my customers in the past.
Processing order is also very slow in general.
But you cant really beat the price or the amount of references they stock.

I ordered some parts and got in touch with the support department. They answered quickly. I got the box a few days after it was sent. A great experience.

I have been ordering from Banzai Music for several years now.

My Latest Order included a Belton ABE, BTDR-3H, some op amps, Fuzz Silicon Transistor Pair, Pots Knobs, and DC Jacks. Ordered approaching the afternoon on the 16th of April, they emailed me 3 days later to inform me the order was partially shipped. An enclosure I ordered was out of stock so they would send it out once they get it back in stock.

I know all to well that mistakes can happen sometimes when counting the total stock levels many different components in bulk. Secondly, I have heard from a couple of suppliers before in the UK who told me due to other outstanding orders placed before mine, they would tend to get priority before mine.

At any rate, the order was delivered by Royal Mail on the 30th April after they received it in the UK on the 24th. Took longer going through the UK than it took to ship from Germany.

Banzai offers a fantastic service for electronics components (including some I can't get easily anywhere locally to me in the UK). I live in Northern Ireland which has its own postal issues due to Brexit but this has not affected my purchases from this website (at least for me).

The components I tend to buy include switches, 1/4" jack sockets and DC Jacks for their low price when buying in bulk.

They also have a wide range of colours for some of the Hammond Diecast Enclosures.

I tend to find some more specialised Integrated Circuits here (such as MN3007, Reverb bricks, L79L15 (100mA Voltage Regulator) Silicon, germanium and some matched or selected transistors, JFETs nd other components that are hard to find a reliable source generally).

I did once get the pre-wired Strat kit with the blender control that's still in use today. It sounds excellent and the ease of installing it (After getting the strings and pickguard off was definitely a welcome break from having to do the redesign and replace the components and wiring on my guitars.

They used to offer matched and selected germanium transistors (based on hFE and leakage I think) but they must have stopped doing that. I can still find some matched JFETs for a cool phaser effects pedal I made a good while back. Think they went up significantly in price since then though.

I have not had a single issue with any components (They all seem genuine and work as I would expect them to) from Banzai Music and the payment and delivery has always been smooth and painless. I find that the parcel tends to arrive within 2-3 weeks of placing the order, but this can be quicker or slower depending on the time of year.

Also, if they find a component out of stock when preparing the order, they will backorder it and send that separately when they can get it back in stock informing me in the shipment email.

Overall I would thoroughly recommend using Banzai Music for your Electronics needs, I cannot fault the service they provide.

The best supplier of parts for the music related products in Europe for sure. I’m buying parts from Banzai for more than 15 years. The only problem that I have experienced ordering from them is that sometimes items listed as available are not and I have to wait for a back order. So my advice is if you are in a hurry try to contact them and ask if the part is available. The customer service is great so I suppose it won’t be a problem to help. I don’t think it’s a major problem and I know that having such a big catalog of parts is a bit of a challenge. So thank you Banzai for having you!
