Everyone and everything is superb!! Michael at Barbados Only is second to none with his knowledge of the island and the kind and considerate way in which he deals with bookings is exemplary. Using his company fills you with confidence as nothing is too much trouble.

I spent five weeks at Balcony Rocks in apartment #6 on the top floor. It’s a great room as it has plenty of windows, which let in sunlight and the breeze, as it's located at the end of the upstairs balcony, shared by two other apartments. (There are two more apartments downstairs, plus a laundry room.) There's an air-conditioning unit in the bedroom, which I never used, as well as a ceiling fan in the bedroom and the sitting area, by the front door. I've suggested to Audrey that she install a ceiling fan in the kitchen area. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and plates etc., and there's plenty of storage space for food. The fridge is a good size, too. The WiFi is decent (I was able to lead Zoom meetings without significant problems), and there's a TV, which I actually didn't turn on once. It's a lovely one-bedroom apartment.

Staying with Audrey allowed me to make the most of a very difficult time in Barbados with Covid restrictions...and a volcano! Audrey was so welcoming. And she cooks really well! You can order dinner from her on Friday and Saturdays. Do it! She’s also an attentive landlord, responding to any issues in my apartment or the complex. For example, she made sure the WiFi was working for my work gigs, and she twice got someone to fix the stove. I feel so lucky that I got to stay with Audrey at Balcony Rocks. It felt like a true home for that month.

All went great! We booked Hidden Gem accommodation for 2 weeks. Michael was very helpful, always communicated in due time and also gave us some additional tips. He also was able to arrange everything for our quarantine stay. I would 100% recommend the service.

My friend and I stayed here for 10 nights. It was really a home away from home. Clean, modern and professional. We hope to return one day! ❤🙏🏽

At first, I was a little hesitant about paying up front with this guy Michael, because I’m very skeptical about putting up all before seeing what I’m getting; but luckily everything turned out as specified in the ad so I was happy I payed it early and got it out the way. I gave the guy a hard time I felt bad after. Great place and the host Audrey was wonderful as well.

This website is so good. Great deals to be found and Mike is a sound guy..spoken with him many times over the years. The variety of self catering apartments are appealing and the online experience is smooth.
