I ordered my bar in April last year. It took a while to arrive...longer than I originally expected. So I messaged and had the reply that he was going through tough personal circumstances and would be delayed. This is an independent seller and craftsman, so I accepted that. We all go through hard times. He apologised profusely and gave me a new delivery date. This was adhered to and delivered and was perfect and so easy to build! I had already viewed his reviews prior to ordering and found them to be almost perfect. I have since seen, when trying to get another one, that the company is closing and the reviews since I ordered have been very, very mean! Firstly, I really hope that everything is OK with him and that his family are OK too (stop being cruel and saying he's a con-artist). Secondly, I am gutted that I can't get another one! Another summer, a new patio and pergola and I could really do with one! In all seriousness, please do not be insensitive and think the worst of anyone...especially when his sister picked up the slack. Nobody knows what anyone is going through and, if someone had a great business and then it suddenly went south...the reasons are, most likely, not excuses. If you can be anything in life - be kind!

Ordered a bar in February, got told was out for delivery for early March. Did not arrive. After chasing a few times was told it was lost in delivery and they were having issues with couriers. Was told a new one would be built and sent out. Chased for a month to be told it was sent out. Asked about when this would arrive and nothing. Then adventure got an answer saying it was being built that weekend and would get vouchers because of the delay and sorry. Bar areived end of may. Brilliant bar and easy to put together and good quality. Never did receive vouchers. Shame about the long delay

I paid for a bar for my 60th birthday and was told ten days before date I needed it by that he couldn’t fulfil my order due to personal circumstances. He said he would refund me. I’m still waiting and it’s almost 3 months. Have had email from his sister who told me he was having problems and that she would sort the refund out. Nothing had happened. In my opinion this person is a con artist.

Goods were ordered on the 8th March. The company says 10 to 14 days for delivery. Perfect we thought for a garden party we had planned for the middle of April. By the end of March we begin chasing our order.

After being told different excuses, issues and problems our bar arrived on the 25th April. For our troubles we were told a gift card would be in our packaging, no such gift card arrived.

My wife spent 4 weeks including everyday of a holiday chasing this order. Without doubt the worst online purchase we have ever made

Had an excellent experience using this company before so gave them another try .Ordered a unit on February 1st 25 and was told there would be a slight delay which I was happy to accept. There was then going to be another delay due to carrier again acceptable.The product was then lost and was told i would get another asap. Nothing happened I have since asked several times for a refund that would be dealt with asap and still nothing

I wanted a bespoke store for my recycling boxes & the service was excellent from start to finish. Communication was very good when discussing the dimensions of the item, nothing was any trouble & replies to my emails were prompt. I received an email to let me know when the item would be delivered & another email on the day to let me know that the van had broken down & that it would be delivered the next day instead, which it was.
The item is exactly what I wanted & well made & solid - I just need to stain it now!
The service that Ed & Jason provide puts the bigger companies to shame, I can't reccomend these guys enough!

If you are wanting a garden bar with 5* service and reliability, this is your go to company.
Every query, worry and question I had was answered immediately and efficiently, an absolute pleasure to deal with.
The bar is perfect, excellent quality and the instructions we absolutely perfect to follow even for a person with minimal DIY skills.

Brilliant experience and over the moon with our bar. Arrived quickly and in 4 packages (I had to give the poor delivery man a hand but no biggie). Contact from the guys at Barbaydos has been first class and would definitely recommend. Our Welsh bar “Y Tafarn Rexie” is dedicated to our amazing dog Rexie who we lost at Christmas and we will spend some great family/friend time this summer I’m sure!

My advice... order one of these bars, you won't regret it. Great quality and should you need it the seller is there to guide you. If I can build this, anyone can 😂

A great buy, easy to build and instructions was easy to understand. All round good product and would deffently recommend.

I cannot recommend these guys any more... I’ll be honest when I saw the price and the fact it is treated wood I thought it would be terrible quality. Not only did they rush my order though, they made some tweaks I asked for. Genuinely see this bar as a blank canvas, a start for something you’ll tweak and love / change for years to come. On top of that the customer service these boys give is insane. They have sold lots and quickly but you won’t see a bad review about them being at capacity as they do their nuts to make sure you’re happy. That’s a brand.... proper legends. If you don’t like the product then you’ve not followed the instructions or bought into the vibe. In short. Buy one!!!

We’d been looking at garden bar options since early in lockdown but options were either too flimsy or way more expensive that we were willing to pay. I found Barbaydos and had a look at the photos folks were posting of their own builds and decided that was exactly what I was after. Once ordered, the service was great. Every single thing required to build the bar was provided, and the instructions were very clear (helped by every piece being labelled!). It took us a few hours to build but we are absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Highly recommend for anyone considering a garden bar!

Simply the best garden bar on the market !!

We bought ours last summer and it was the best lockdown purchase ever as we’ve used our Gin Shack all year round even on New Year’s Eve !!

It’s looking as lovely today as the day we put it up and it was so easy to follow all the instructions as there are great pictures for simpletons like me. The customer service is also amazing and the bar arrived promptly in great condition with everything we needed to get it set up.

I can not recommend these bars highly enough and you will not be disappointed. We absolutely loved decorating our bar and sourcing some great accessories - in fact we are always on the lookout for new bits n bobs to make it look even more special.

These guys are world class and the bars they make are absolutely stunning in every way. The bars are extremely well made and easy to build. You can fully customise them if you wish and turn them into a bar that you want.

I just can’t recommend Ed and the team enough. People throw around the word ‘Legend’ quit freely but when I say these bars are legendary, I really mean it.

So to summarise, if you want a bar then look no further. Not only will you get a bar that beats it’s competition hands down but they are super cheap for the quality.
